And fronting it all – Surfers Paradise Beach, Australia’s iconic beach and a locale that conjures up ‘paradise’ to millions. It's "Always On" in Surfers Paradise!
I have traveled extensively and this stretch of beach beats plenty others I have seen, including Santa Monica, Hoi An, and others. If you are escaping the colder climates of Australia and beyond, this beach will be all you need to feel fantastic. Beautiful clean sand, gorgeous rolling surf, superb sunrises and moonrises, all patrolled by Australia’s famous surf life savers. Ideal for romantic strolls along the beach. Don’t forget to swim between the red and yellow flags, and bring your sunscreen and hat. Who says there is nothing to do? Just enjoy the world class beach and stunning vistas.

In 1925, the renowned hotel entrepreneur James (Jim) Cavill arrived on the scene and created the legendary Surfers Paradise Hotel. Over the decades we have evolved into one of the Gold Coast's most iconic venues; a home for locals, visitors, and the heart and soul of Surfers. The Beer Garden we know and love has been resurrected, with a fresh and inspired new design. Watch all your favourite sports. Play Games. Socialise. People watch on Cavill Avenue. All with a cold beer or cocktail in hand, and the best food the Gold Coast has to offer. Open daily from 11am.

We visited this park on a Saturday. We were surprised to find it almost deserted. Plenty of parking spots and easy access. Park has plenty of seats, tables BBQs and toilets Its located adjacent to main beach and has a link bridge for pedestrians Kids were jumping off the bridge into the canal, which looked like fun There are two kids play grounds, one has an island with a sleeping giant! There are a few creeks and s waterfall We found a shady spot and had a picnic There are a few resident peacocks ????! The canal can be accessed by a small beach but there are vessels using the canal so watch out. We’ll be back again as this was a peaceful and convenient location

After 3 days at surfers, its the one place we kept going back to. Food was tasty every time. nothing to flaw. Excellent Beers. Cocktails looks crazy. Very popular place and will be going back again. Wont waste our time with the strip. This little place tucked away is a winner. Busy bar area but there are tables around that accommodate family. Not really an after hours venue if you have kids.
