One of Tenerife's top resorts, Puerto de la Cruz is on the north coast of the island. Both Spanish and island traditions are evident in the former fishing village. Its Sardine Festival and annual Carnaval are two highlights of life on the island. Busy, narrow streets of the Old Town, packed with colonial architecture, make walking a safer bet than driving. Popular attractions include Lago Martianez, the casino, Parrot Pool, the Banana Plantation and the Botanical Gardens, which date back to 1788.

Welcome to the Molly Malone! The best place to go out in town if you are looking for a good drink and entertainment at night! You will find us very easy close to the Harbour. We have live music every night from monday to saturday from 9:30pm onwards, encouringing to all join in with participation! If you fancy singing a song or playing the guitar, you are very welcome, as this is a bit like Ireland 40 years ago! The real thing! We are a family runned business that has been in Puerto de la Cruz since 1987, that's over 30 years already!! Every day ever since, it's been our bread and butter to keep the music going on and make sure that you and your friends have a great time here with us! You are all welcom! :)
We were just here for only one night unfortunately due to the escalating corona virus issues. However we loved it. It is a real Irish pub (you could substitute Welsh, Scottish or English for Irish in there). Not a Temple Bar Irish pub but a rural Irish pub. The night we were there, there were local Spanish, local ex-pat's from Ireland and the UK and tourists like ourselves. The local kids were playing pool out the back, the older locals were at the bar and the Irish and British were out listening and dancing to the music. A lovely friendly place. If we make it back to Puerto de la Cruz this is the first place I am heading to.

Anderson, the iconic gay bar in Puerto de la Cruz, reopens under a new management. Pub and show bar. Opens early in the evening and is the place to visit for a nice drink, have a good chat, see a good show or, why not, find your Prince Charming!!!
Came here couple of times during our stay, very friendly bartender, nice atmosphere, manage to see the drag show, don’t miss it!

My husband and I visited this charming restaurant which had been recommended in the Tenerife scenic drive book we were following. A charming courtyard, soon filled up with locals. The owner was charming and brought out a lovely bottle of wine, then a delicious grilled cheese and a dish of scrambled eggs, mushrooms and prawns. Definitely recommend.

Our establishments are located in one of the most attractive streets of Puerto de la Cruz, Calle Mequinez del Barrio de La Ranilla. We are dedicated, on the one hand, to the sale of innovative line handicrafts, and on the other, to the exhibition and sale of painting and sculpture. We also organize many cultural events. Fashion, textile works (silks, felts, lama), jewelery, leather goods, ceramics, soaps, carpentry, lathe, crochet, furniture restoration, upholstery, candles, castings, pottery, gastronomic products, With a high value in its design, originality and work, endorsed by a group of artisans of recognized prestige, which enables us to offer an added value: "La Ranilla Espacio Artesano is a place where the products have no place in series, but the fact by hand." Thus, we offer our clients an image of guarantee, design and quality, against industrialization or the massive arrival of products from other countries.

Three bus stops and a 5 minute journey away from Puerto de La Cruz bus station and you are only a short walk to the view point. Good peaceful spot for photographs of part of town and the coastline. A promenade Passeo de la Costa runs east for several hundred metres and has some restaurants/cafes. In addition to the mirador there is the simple 16 century church Ermita de San Amara. If you want good photographs and have an hour to spare this place is worth a visit.
