Overall wonderful experience at Palms Up Pottery. The owner spent a lot of time talking to us, showed us some things he was working on in the back, and held our purchases while we did a little more shopping. Located on Flagler where the businesses give you the feeling of the charming beach town that is New Smyrna Beach.

Nicole is amazing and their shop is filled with wonderful, unique treasures, it’s THE PLACE to go when you are looking for something special for someone special! Kyle’s has a gift for seeing and replicating the beauty in nature. His jellyfish and seahorses in particular are breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience visiting their shop and Nicole feels like a new old friend! It was such a joy getting to know her. I highly recommend visiting their business on Flagler Street in New Smyrna Beach or shopping their store online.

From the park across the street from the beach you can walk out on a wooden deck and view all sorts of manatees and dolphins and crabs. It is incredible to see and you can see them up close and personal by renting a kayak from JBs. Excellent experience.

Indian River Lagoon Park

This is a great place to just enjoy the fresh air and one of the local hot spots. Free in cost so bring your own food food/sporting supplies. Bathrooms are part of the park, just make sure you go in with your children (the world has bad people everywhere) just to be safe. Launch your canoe or raft here and enjoy the close mangroves with birds/crabs/fish and manatees. Be aware of local motorboats. Always have bug repellent with you just incase and always leave before the sun goes down - misquitos are part of Florida.
