Good selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great place to stop and browse, and find local books, too!

This is a great local artist shop and I found some great souvenirs here. There was also some great glasswork here.

Being the first and only native American owned distillery to operate on a reservation only adds to the allure of this whistle wetting destination. The fun and friendly baristas are very accommodating and engaging. Weather your fancy is iced mojitos featuring locally harvested blueberries or the full force galestrom aptly named "the northeaster', the copper crow will leave you with plenty of wind in your sails as you explore the wonders of the apostle islands national lake shore. Cheers, mates!

Nice... clean.. uncluttered store with lots of jams, jellies and other Bayfield goodies. We stopped by one day.. and came back the next day to shop some more. Prices are VERY reasonable here, as well.. compared to other stores in the Loop.

I went in October to pick up organic apples, but discovered the barn also had some fantastic local items (jewelry, honey, jam, scarves and tea towels from Three Sisters, soaps, salves, lip balms, and more). I really like the experience and the offerings, so I planned to come back during berry season. A big group of teenagers was super excited about the yurt on the property. They went in to meditate. The following July, I made the mistake of not checking which days they were open and planned to arrive Sunday night and leave Tuesday. I discovered after I'd asked off that they happened to be close Sunday at 3 PM and not open till Wednesday, so I scrambled to get there by Sunday and managed to pick berries for a few hours. The woman who gave me the picking containers was VERY helpful, directing me to get under and into the bushes. The younger person who checked me out was not so pleasant, but overall I'm still quite fond of this place for many reasons, including their land ethic and their support of local businesses.

We were walking past the Bayfield Maritime Museum with no intent of visiting but were enticed by a boat building exhibit and decided to go in. Glad we did Becky this is a very interesting place. There are abundant displays on lake life ranging from fishing to boat building and the ubiquitous shipwrecks so common to the hard life on Lake Superior. This museum presents these topics in a clear and informative way. I recommend it.
