Fun experience because of the two ladies working there who made it fun! Wine tasting is free. Wines are fruity, some sweet, some dry, and most made from Florida fruit. My GF and I walked out with 6 bottles of wine and a few other items from the store inside the winery. My favorites were their two top sellers ... The Hurricane Class 5 Sangria and the Key Lime wine. They do ship to you if you're flying and can't take in your luggage.

We currently make Rum and Vodka from 100% Florida molasses. We offer tours and tastings and would love nothing more than to show you around! Incorporated in 2011 our distillery has grown quite a bit in the past few years. We came to our current location in 2012; received our first shipment of molasses in 2013; and released our first products onto the market at the beginning of 2016! Great distillery tour, very knowledgeable family on local info, background, history and great stories that added to the distilling process. Honestly, I'm not even a rum drinker, but we were looking for something different to do, and I walked away a big fan of several rums they make! We definitely plan on coming back, especially as they grow in their space and continue experimenting with flavor profiles. Absolutely worth the time and experience, it's a hidden gem for the local area. It makes sense why they've won so many awards!

We stopped in on a cold winter day since not much else to do in Santa Rosa Beach in winter. Enjoyed the history of the families start of business and the owners’ great customer service. Tried the two vodkas they make and both were very smooth and refreshing. They did have mixers if needed which I did. Took us in back to tour the small area they make the batches in. See pics. Copper the dog and the cat were friendly. Thank you guys for the tour and great hospitality.

Lindy was the hostess for our taste-testing. She was friendly, outgoing, and extremely knowledgeable. She recommended that we taste all of their wines and we did (glad we just ate!) We had planned to buy 1 bottle but purchased four. Will definitely come back.

I love having a cold glass of beer on a hot day, so imagine my surprise when I ordered a totally unknown IPA from a totally unknown Craft Beer Company, in a city I didn’t even know existed. Welcome to the sleepy and unusual looking little town of Apalachicola, Florida; also known as the Oyster Capital of the World. Tucked in one of the old western-movie-like buildings sits the Oyster City Brewing Company. And inside this extremely weathered looking structure, another one of Apalachicola’s hidden gems is being fermented into the best craft beer to ever hit, my highly discriminating beer palate. I’m not quite sure which was the first one I had. I know it was light in color but not light in substance. I also know, it was so delicious, I had two pints in a row. And if you think that was enough, think again! Because there was no way I was leaving without sampling the Mango IPA. I wish I could describe to you, exactly how great the beer was... but I can’t. I guess if I could, perhaps the beer would not be so good. So hey Anheuser Bush, are you listening... ‘cause you don’t know what you’re missing! Although to tell you the truth, I don’t think Oyster City Beer would ever sell to a non-American brewing company, regardless of who may be. They’re way to proud of what they have managed to craft with the help of some oysters and the wonderful people of Apalachicola!
