Beautiful bay view from their wine tasting patio. A fun place to visit in Ghirardelli Square. We purchased a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc made from wines produced in the Russian River Valley. Excellent!

The SF Brewing Co. is a fantastic brewpub. I sold my wife on splitting a chicken sandwich and a pizza and that was to my extreme advantage as each one was delicious and I would've missed out by not having had either one. The chicken was crispy but tender and the coleslaw and pickles served on it made the sandwich pop. The pizza was the showstopper. I expected they'd produce a decent one, but for whatever reason I didn't expect it to be so delicious. We've lived in the East Bay for a year now, having moved from the East Coast, and this is the best pizza I've had in SF so far (I'm always trying to find great pizza.) And, importantly, the beer is great. Fog City, somewhat funnily named as it's a NE Style IPA, is excellent, and the Orange Julius really tastes like its namesake. Finally, the patio is awesome. It's a great space--cozy though not small and relaxing even with a crowd.
