Went for a tasting. The young lady in the tasting room was very knowledgeable about her company's products and the distilling process. Bought some tasty items including gin, rum and bitters. Next time we'll spend a few $ and take the tour.

Hi everyone, we are open for on-premise enjoyment of some great vino, locally produced, craft beer, and some delicious food! (To minimize employee guest contact, we are not currently offering tasting flights.) We will be operating at a significantly reduced capacity and with numerous other safety measures in place. In short, reservations are 100% required, we will provide table service, and groups are limited to 6 people. Please visit our website if you would like to make a reservation. Trust us, we know it is a completely new way to operate for the winery, so please contact us with any questions. We continue to provide curb side pick-up, free local delivery, and shipping in MA. Please check website for special hours.
My husband & I stumbled on this beautiful hidden gem in the Berkshire’s...Situated on a pretty lake, this place offers fantastic views, great wine, delicious food (from Biggins Diggins, a cool food truck with excellent lobster rolls), and live music by a very talented musician named Brian. We scheduled a reservation online and scored a table for 2 under a tent , which worked out wonderfully since it was a pretty hot sunny day. With the reservation they allowed us to stay as long as we like, anywhere between 12:30pm-4:30pm. Social distancing was observed, and guests are required to wear masks when not seated at their table. Outside the tent, other guests were spread out over the rolling lawn with chairs, picnic blankets & umbrellas, and some found a shady spot under a tree. Excellent service & friendly staff.. this is absolutely one of the best wineries we have visited. The ultimate relaxing afternoon at this happy place!

A grain to glass micro distillery producing artisan spirits and liqueurs infused with local products. Located in the Stationery Factory in Dalton Massachusetts, come for a tour and tasting, visit the gallery featuring local artists, have dinner at The Shire Brew Haus and stay for a concert in the main event room!
We took the tour with Peter, the owner, who informed us of the process of distilling the vodkas as well as upcoming flavors that were being added to the list. Some excellent products including the amazing Maple Vodka which is more like a liqueur. Worth the time for the tour, and especially for the samples!

This is an adorable winery. It is all very small and local but the service and attention you get is amazing! We did the wine tasting for two, which means you get to try five wines and they give you small snacks to go with them. Very worth it. We bought a bottle produced on the grounds that we had later that night and it was very good. A trip worth taking.

Cannot recommend Hilltop Orchards enough! Everything we had was amazing (hot apple cider donuts, a few wines, and a hard cider), and the service was unbeatable. We got chatting with the woman at the cash register (who introduced herself as Sarah), and she was truly the sweetest and most welcoming person! Once she heard that it was our wedding anniversary, she went above and beyond to make our time at Hilltop Orchards even more special... she made our day!

Production brewery established in 2012. All of our beers are produced and packaged at this facility. Tap Room open for tastes and pints Thursday, Friday and Saturday 12-6. Free tours available on Saturdays.
We happened upon this place while traveling in the area. Since we were Berkshire virgins it was a fortunate stop because we met a very friendly local who gave us a list of places to visit and dine. The beer selection was good and loved the selection recommended for our flight of beers. You have to be on the lookout since it is a little off the road in a very industrial area. Nothing fancy but a popular local hangout. Worth the trip.

Nice outdoor seating. Cool spot. Get the flagship IPA. So good. Right now you have to order food so get some of the homemade sausage from next door at “A Ok”. $6-7 a beer. Great experience.

My buddy and I stopped in on the way back from Bennington VT Home Brewer fest (another story, but if you like beer you need to go). We overnighted in Bennington, then used a beer app to find this place. Looks like someone's cellar that they had not worked on for a couple years-cluttered but clean. I should have known I would love the place. Chris the owner was talkative, interesting, a great host! Beers were serious and great tasting. Had a real British feel, which made sense since the owner was British. It was a great change of pace from some of the breweries I have visited lately that are increasingly yuppy-ish. It felt like a combination dive bar/brewery...and I miss dive bars. Probably not fair to call it divey because that makes some feel unsafe but that's the best I could come up with. Give it a try and come up with your own description but I'll be back with my wife for sure. Great people great beer!
