Rowlee Wines

Rowlee is a boutique producer of cool climate wines located in Orange, New South Wales. Our tasting room is open everyday between 11am and 5pm for tastings and wine sales. Wines are also available for purchase by the glass or bottle to enjoy on the deck overlooking the vineyard.

Reviewed By JulieW945 - Kurrajong Heights, Australia

On a beautiful winter’s day we visited Rowlee Wines on a quest for the divine Arneis. We had a 1pm booking for tasting, and the awesome Natasha welcomed us to the cellar door. It’s a great spot to sample the wines: a modern, open room with well-spaced tables, a wood-burning fire, and views out over the vineyard. Sparkling clean glasses were lined up ready for our tasting. All Covid protocols were in place. We have bought wine from Rowlee before, and we were hoping to try and buy the new vintage Arneis. Natasha is very knowledgeable about all the wines, and we ended up joining the wine club, and coming away with a case of the Arneis, as well as some beautiful Fumé Blanc and Pinot Gris. This cellar door is a relaxing, peaceful place in the heart of Orange’s wine growing district. A visit is highly recommended.

I tasted the 2018 Pinot noir with strawberry flavours, not too light, not too strong and perfect to go along with my lunch.Gourmet Barbecue lunch on weekends and public holidays with generous options of meat for $25 .Tasting for a reasonable $5. Nice and cosy atmosphere with 2 welcoming hosts, Brendon and Jenny. This is what you call a hidden gem.
