The mosques, bazaars, and Turkish baths of Istanbul could keep you happily occupied for your entire trip: an eyeful of breathtaking architecture here, a good-natured haggle over a carpet there. Kick your trip off at the awe-inspiring Sultan Ahmet Camii (Blue Mosque), which is visible from many points of the city. Stroll the Galata Bridge and stop by the Miniaturk Park to see its tiny artifacts. The Grand Bazaar has thousands of shops to browse, while the Egyptian Bazaar is a fragrant trove of spices and fruits.

This place is the classic and historical shopping experience of all time. Undercover shopping for blocks and blocks just full of incredible items from fur coats, to incredible fine gold jewelry to backgammon boards to fine arts & crafts and souvenirs to clothes, shoes and leather goods. Many places to stop and recharge your batteries with tea or coffee and delicious sweets to more substantial meals. There are plenty of places to withdraw cash and to change currency for low to no-fees too. I came here thinking I would simply walk through and maybe sit down for a coffee. I ended up buying a whole bunch of items from brass Turkish coffee sets to t-shirts and ceramics. Oh yes, I had the coffee and Baklava as well! Remember to bargain! You seriously can not miss this historical shopping experience. The world’s first mega mart!

A huge bazaar with huge varieties of spices and candies. 1. Without doubt, it is one of the most famous covered shopping complex in Turkey. 2. There are many over priced stuffs over there. Remember to bargain as most of them will charge you more than it should be. The staff are overwhelming friendly, so you can try many sweets as you want before choosing what you want to buy exactly. 3. Even though the stuff are over priced, you can still train your bargaining skill over there or browse them. It is never a disadvantage of going to a place without buying things. The most important thing is you experience it. 4. Anyway, remember to bring enough money if you want to spend your money over there and be careful of pick pockets :)
