Both purpose-built vessels cater to all the creature comforts. Think on-board licensed café, barista-made coffee, free Wi-Fi, bike racks, charging stations and endless scenic views. Each service is accessible for all via boarding ramps, and comfortably facilitate wheelchairs, motorised mobility scooters and prams. Whether cruising for leisure, commuting to work or setting sail on an adventure across the bay – there’s no better way to travel, guaranteed.
We travelled by ferry from Docklands to Portarlington mid week. A smooth ride over a calm bay set us down in the pretty town of Portarlington where there are a range of shops and eateries as well as walking tracks to neighbouring towns. Ferry staff were most welcoming and friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this trip.

The service operates 365 days per year, and is a vital connection to the mainland for French Island residents and is an extremely popular route for visitors to the area.
Our return trip to Phillip Island was smooth sailing, barely knew we were on water. The staff were friendly and the ferry was on time. We brought our bikes onboard as we rode them around the island and the staff were accommodating. No complaints.

Jumped on the ferry from Sorrento to Queenscliff for a quick trip to Geelong. Premium price at $80 for a car and 2 people but for a once off experience, that’s probably ok. Very clean inside and out on the deck and very professionally run from the ticket booth to the crew. Couple that with fresh sea air and great scenery along the voyage and we had a very pleasant journey ????

We are now located just downstream of the Evan Walker Walkbridge on Southbank. If you are walking over the walkbridge from the back of Flinders st Station, look to the right. From the bottom of Southgate Ave, facing the walkbridge, we are on the left. Look for our attendant who is there to assist you.
We took this day trip with extended family from interstate and had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and helpful and the smaller boat meant a more personalised experience. They were very flexible and accommodating when we wanted to change our return journey time at the last minute (poor weather was coming). Booking online was easy and efficient.
