This is a spring onion farm that provides DIY experience. Boots and hats were provided before we stepped through the sticky mud to pluck a bunch of spring onion (hope we could harvest more than a bunch!). A guide was there to explain how they grow and take care of the spring onion farm. We then proceed to make our own spring onion pastry! The staff was friendly, helpful and explained the instructions clearly. Once done, they fried them for us and they were delicious! They even shared the recipe so we can try making them at home. It costed 150 Taiwan dollar for both experience which I think was really worth it! My children (teenagers) enjoyed the experienced too.

If you have kids with you, this is definitely an awesome place to go. We had a hands on experience making our own scallion pancakes (which tasted really good, so the kids were proud of themselves) and playing farmers (picking and washing the spring onions). All of us really enjoyed it, both young and old. :)

You get to feed the countless goats, fish, chicken, pigs. There is even an albino peacock. Also plenty of rest areas for parents.
