(302) 378-2754Strawberry Farm, Asparagus Farm, Pumpkin Patch, & Farm Market
We have been loyal customers of Filasky's for YEARS. We stop here to pick strawberries each summer. We also stop in to shop their produce frequently. I would highly recommend them for their fresh local produce (from both their farm & surrounding farms). This past fall, we were invited to a kid's party at Filasky's. During our visit, we were welcomed to the pavilion area that was designated for our party. In the backyard area they had a farm themed inflatable that the kids could play in. They also had some tricycles and small tractor pedal cars for the kids to play with. There were picnic tables set out with tic-tac-toe games on them with miniature pumpkins for the game pieces. The kids enjoyed playing with that during our visit. At one point, we all boarded the wagon and took a tractor-pulled hayride around the farm. We also did the soy-bean maze that had educational questions to help guide you to turn left or right. Part of our party was to meet back at the pavilion for pumpkin donuts and apple cider. We also had snacks provided by the party host. The kids did some crafts here and each got to take home a small pumpkin. Before heading out for the day, we stopped in the market to buy some cider, pumpkin donuts and etc. Overall, we enjoyed our time with Filasky's as a party location. I think they did a good job. My only complaint is that they bees were a nuisance since we had sweets out (donuts, cider).

This lovely farm has rows and rows of lavender planted that bloom in June and are truly beautiful to see. The gift shop has many items made from lavender from the farm, as well as items made elsewhere but sold here. Great place to find a special gift or a gift for a hard to please person. I love their soaps and the Lavender Mist for linens and rooms. My husband loves the peppermint lotion for feet. I've given their lavender tea and mustard, along with soaps and lotions, to friends and relatives and everyone always raves about the gifts.

I read about Hopkins on Trip Advisor so thought we’d check it out. They had a very efficient drive thru process and there was a steady stream of cars going in. I got cappuccino delight and my husband got salted caramel crunch; both delicious! The cows were just coming in when we got there so we saw a lot of movement at the barn. Definitely worth going out of your way for it but super easy to get to.

A Delaware farming tradition since 1919. Our family farm grows quality fruits and vegetables. Fifer Orchards offers a variety of festivals and special events including Fifer's Fall Fest. The farm also offers the U-Pick experience for pick your own strawberries, blueberries, sunflowers, zinnias, peaches, apples & pumpkins. The Farm Store is stocked with fresh local produce, fresh bakery, our famous apple cider donuts, Delaware-made ice cream, local honey, meats, eggs, cheeses, milk, apple butter, jams, and more. We also participate in weekly farmers' markets and offer a Farm Box Pickup Program.
Great activities for the kids and family oriented. Something for everyone. Staff and volunteers we’re extremely welcoming
