Colleverde villa hosts 16 independent apartments with kitchenette and outside private table with chairs and parasol, a few meters from the pool. We are located on a hilltop surrounded by 125 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, crops and woods. Come and discover Tuscan Hills at your own pace in your Tuscan home at Colleverde.
Without a doubt one of the most beautiful agriturismo's we have ever visited. Sabrina and her staff will do anything to make you feel at home. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every second of it. I definitely recommend to include breakfast, as it is great to sit down with a fresh cappuccino and a view over the tuscan hills. We will come back one day for sure.

Welcome to Fattoria Fibbiano! The Agritourism Fibbiano, is located in Tuscany and precisely in the Valdera Park, along the "Route of the Wines of Pisa Hills".The main building that lodge the Agritourism, is a perfect example of the 17th century Tuscany rural construction and it has been renovated, maintaining all the original characters.Around the building there is a garden and on the South side the swimming pool 8*15 mt., Surrounded by a green gentle slope with olive trees. The Agritourism is placed on the top of the hill, overlooking the Era valley, in the council of Terricciola classified "Citta del Vino", from which you can reach easily in 40/50 minutes drive, places like Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Siena, S.Gimignano, Volterra etc.
I would start this review mentioning how difficult was the search for our accommodation in Tuscany. We wanted to stay in the countryside, at a farm, to meet a tuscan family, see the lifestyle, taste local products, but also to have a certain level of comfort and facilities. Well, it is not easy at all, to find this perfect mix. After an exhausting search we found this place. Fattoria Fibbiano was our home for five nights were we had a wonderful time! We found exactly what we wished for: a business managed by a tuscan family who also lives there. A beautiful, tipically tuscan property and also a wine factory. They are also cultivating olives in and vegetables …The olive oil and the tomatos…are heavenly! All these activities at the farm are run with the help of a team, of course, and what a team! Rosario and Simona are so kindly and friendly people and perfect hosts!! For me, a sign for a good management, a healty business and pleasant atmosphere is the energy of the employees. When they have authentique smiles, when they have that good energy and ready to help or to answer for certain requests in a very polite and friendly manner, I know there is a place where the employees are treated good, with respect and apreciated, therefore a good customer experience comes as a natural result. We had a very good breakfast every morning (cold cuts, fruits, fresh croissant, cakes, coffee) and some platters in certain evenings. Even if we decided on last minute, Rosario was very kind to allow us to participate together with a group at a wine factory tour, which ended with a wine tasting session and cold cuts & cheese platters. They helped us with reccommendation for local restaurants, local products store, etc. We had a wonderful stay at Fibbiano and we would choose again this location in Tuscany. In terms of reccommendations I have one: mosquito nets at the windows would be highly appreciated. At least in my case that I am not at all friend with the insects, it would offer me a huge comfort to leave the windows open :-) Keep up the good work guys! We hope to meet again! Elena&Cosmin

An authentic farmhouse in the breathtaking Tuscan countryside: this is Agriturismo Panieracci connected to Diacceroni. Our farmhouse has been expertly renovated, maintaining the original use of some spaces and recovering the materials of historic Tuscan architecture: brick, stone and oak beams that remind us of our local origins. The comfortable accommodations are equipped with private bathrooms and simple but refined furniture of the past that give the characteristic rustic Tuscan style, complete with a view of the wild nature of the Tuscan hills. Our rooms are fit for families, children, couples young and old or a group of friends. Together you may enjoy a wonderful view of the nature that changes color with the slow change of seasons and sunsets and sunrises through the slow flow of the day. This is the beauty of Panieracci: relaxing and savoring the flavors and aromas of our local cuisine and experiencing the unique adventures we offer. In short, an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany!
We stayed as a family of 5 in Panieracci (Apt #11) for two weeks in July 2019. Essentially the setup consists of a main site (@ 156 Via Della Bonifica) which houses the main reception along with some apartments, a restaurant, pool, equestian centre and kids play park. Beyond the main site there are 2-3 satellite sites (one of which is Panieracci where we stayed) which are approximately 1-2 miles by road from the main area. Both Panieracci and Pompilia have a pool and play park. Panieracci also includes a coin laundry, and some donkeys, horses and pigs for you to make friends with :). The atmosphere of the whole place is great, mainly young(ish) families with children from babies to early teens. The "guest density" also feels right too, enough people to make it social but not so busy that you feel you're competing for space. All the sites have outdoor sofas and lazy chairs dotted all over the place. The main site hosts a number of evenings each week which generally focus on food (pasta, pizza etc), these are included in your accommodation price so in any given week you can expect 2-3 meals to be provided for your family. Each apartment has self catering facilities, ours had a gas top stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. The nearest shop is in Villamagna which is about 2 miles away, selling bread, meat, cheese, cereal milk etc. Panieracci Apt #11 has 3 bedrooms with one family bathroom, with one of the bedrooms also having a walkout balcony with its own table and chairs. Downstairs it has a single living/kitchen area which feels a little cramped for 5 but you tend to be outside most of the time. Most accommodation here does not have a TV but you can request one (they have a few TVs which they loan to guests). There is wifi at all sites and download speeds were good enough for Netflix streaming etc. There is no aircon in Apt 11 nor are there any fans, however we were able to purchase a couple of fans from a larger supermarket (Panorama @ Pontedera). There are selected apartments in Diacceroni that do have aircon. The weather in Tuscany in July usually sits around 31C however the first week of our two week stay clashed with a fairly intense heatwave (~37C) so not having aircon meant doing anything other than being in the pool pretty uncomfortable. The accommodation is well maintained and clean, but there's a little room for improvement, a lot of the lightbulbs in our apartment were blown and the insect screens on the doors and windows were falling apart. The staff were always happy to try and put things right where they could.I wouldn't advise drinking the tap water, so make sure you drop into a supermarket before you arrive. On the whole I really enjoyed my stay here, it struck the right balance between "getting away from it all" whilst still being social, the food is brilliant and the scenery here is breathtaking. In addition there a lots of great towns and villages to visit nearby if you get fed up of sitting by the pool (I recommend Volterra & Siena). I get a sense that the owner is ambitious and is continually looking to expand what the site has to offer, whilst this is to be commended I think they need to focus a little more on making sure what they already have is properly maintained and managed. In my opinion they're currently at the "perfect size". One point to note, Italy has a lot of petty crime, (and this isn't under the control of the owners of Diacceroni) so make sure your doors are always locked at night (burglaries do happen in these places even when the places are clearly occupied), and be careful of pick pockets when you're visiting the bigger cities and towns.

An 18th century farmhouse a farm holidays immersed in silence, two apartments (4+ beds) and a double bedroom with bathroom. The pool, with summer opening, the garden with barbecue and gazebo, table tennis for recreation in a farm. In the restaurant, by reservation, dishes made with local raw materials and / or Tuscan, cooked according to our tradition and our extra virgin olive oil. Tastings and bar. The owner, lives on site is at your disposal to suggest itineraries and activities in the surrounding area
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful old building. The owners were extremely lovely people, the food tasted fantastic and was all home made. And the environment was just amazing, even in autumn! We highly recommend staying at this place.

My family stayed nearly two weeks at Giampaolo and Eleonora's wonderful place Bethsaid. We had the most beautiful restful time we could have wished for. Giampaolo and Eleonora are the most perfect hosts, respecting your privacy or there to help you with anything you could need. The house is simply beautiful. The grounds are very large and there are fruit trees and vegetables growing which we were allowed to eat. There is a table tennis table and a small splash pool which was really good in the hot temperatures we had. The house is extremely near Pisa (town and airport) and Livorno and there is so much to see and do in the area, whether it's sightseeing/culture or swimming in the sea. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay for anyone seeking a beautiful restful holiday. Giampaolo and Eleonora are really kind, caring people and they have created together a place of great peace and beauty.
