The place is in a lovely vilage, on a hill with excellent quiet view. Big room with huge balcony. The most important thing is the warm hospitality. You feel that they really care about you. Marina is always there to assist you with everything you need. Very highly recomended.

Our 5 rooms speak the language of the great Italian writers, their sentence will welcome you, adding meaning to your stay. In the two superior rooms the "literary" atmosphere is reinforced by a reading corner with books available for guests and a roaring log fire on winter evenings. A living room that we wanted for all, breaking down barriers and obstacles to accommodate with maximum comfort even the disabled. In all rooms you will find digital and satellite TV, air conditioning, wi-fi, safe, coffee pod machine, hairdryer and bathrobes can also be used in the pool. In addition, a mini-bar with "high food" selected from Eataly. A covered terrace is available for relax.
Looked forward to our first Italian wine tasting with lunch at this organic winery but left a little disappointed. Sadly rainy day so unable to look round the vines but fresh vegetable and herb garden was lovely. Interesting for adults in the cellars understanding Barolo and Langhe area. Kids bored but enjoyed the lunch with lovely Vitello Tonnatto and grilled aubergine dishes and some delicate ravioli. Wines disappointing especially Barolo but the Barbera D’Alba was good.

The Casa Svizzera farmhouse is located in historic complex that served as the bottling plant of the Barolo Wine Cooperative from 1902 to 1930. Owned by the Germano family (historic winery of Barolo) since 1936 and recently renovated, it is named for the Albergo Svizzero that occupied the residence in the early 20th century. The residence was decorated in the style of a Swiss chalet and, today, has been renamed Casa Svizzera. The farmhouse is located in the pedestrian area of the old town centre of Barolo and is easily accessible by car thanks to a private road with parking. Barolo is located in the heart of the Langhe area, which is full of history, culture and gastronomy. This small medieval town is a sort of capital of the wine country, surrounded by rolling hills in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. With a short walk from the farmhouse you can visit the imposing Castle Falletti of Barolo, which now houses the WiMu National Wine Museum, and the unique Corkscrew Museum, or you can follow one of the "Barolo paths" that pass through marvellous vineyards surrounded by the natural beauty of the Langhe area.
Very gentle host, really nice rooms with a fantastic view. In the middle of the beautiful town of Barolo, with multiple views on the nearby vineyards. You can taste the superb Germano Barolo wines at a discount on your room, which is a very nice extra.

Agriturismo and wine cellar with typical Piedmontese Italian cuisine, local fresh products, cooking in a traditional way. We produce Dogliani d.O.C. And Barbera wine in our winery. Breakfast with homemade cakes.
We stayed here as two families with kids. Everything was fantastic. Rooms were clean, the owner Giacomo was the best. Breakfast was rich with variety. If you are staying here, definitely but definitely have dinner as well. Amazing food for an incredibly good price. The surrounding, the views from the rooms were amazing. I would love to go back and I highly recommend this place.

We stayed in two of the apartments. One apartment was fully adapted for disabled. Two-room apartment. A bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. The rooms were large and spacious. Shower and services are adapted and fully accessible. Apartment fitted kitchen with utensils, refrigerator and oven. We had a good stay in the apartment. The second apartment was very similar, but on the second floor. The breakfasts were included in the price we ate in the dining room of the farm. A stunning terrace overlooking the valley. Breakfast was rich with cheese, jam, bread, juice, good coffee, milk, yogurt, cakes and pastries. Everything is fresh and tasty. Lbkstino Add tomatoes and fruit hosts. Claudio does not understand English, but welcoming and smiling. Martina understand his English every day met us and took an interest in us. She also helped us tour routes in the area. It's half an hour from Alba, in a very nice and quiet countryside. You can sleep in a very silent room, possibly after one of the super dinner they prepare, often with white truffle of Alba. Dop not miss it!

We arrived with the recommendation of a local not knowing what to expect. The intimate stone lined dining room at this agri-tourism locale was extremely inviting. The hosts welcomed us warmly and told us it was a flat rate for a dinner that consisted of many small courses. We ate and drank until we could no more, one dish after another was beautifully presented with such love and care, you can tell the chef is passionate about good locally grown ingredients, including his own farm fresh eggs from their beloved black hens. Incredible value for great food! The host conversed fluently in both English, French and of course Italian. It's off the beaten path, but worth finding this place, Highly recommend!
