In the room you'll find a list with interesting places to visit. - And so we saw a lot: the fantastic basilica of Aquileia, the medieval market at Cividale del Friuli, Trieste - we went to swim in the sea at Grado vecchio (45 min car ride) and spent a whole day in Venice (easily to reach by train from Udine) - the rooms are very beautiful, in the garden you can relax - and I for sure want to come back!

From the renovation of the old barn of a Friulian farmhouse have been obtained 4 rooms with diverse design. The spacious rooms are bright, comfortable and equipped with bathroom shower, air conditioning,underfloor heating, linen and WI-Fi. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy a breakfast of local food, served in the bright dining room, and to request a tasting session of the DOC wines produced by the property, including Ramandolo DOCG sweet wine.

After all the stresses of past two years, it was superb to return to a spotless, modern agroturismo. Immaculately clean, plenty of room to move around.The family/owners were outstandingly friendly and helpful, as always. Nothing to find fault with!! Nimis itself still felt a bit Christmassy, most restaurants open, food of a very high standard. Experience it!!!

The restaurant was fully booked every night with mostly local patrons (that tells me something). My two night stay at Scacciapensieri will remain indelible in my mind forever .

Breakfast is simple but good and the breakfast room is open 24 hours to allow residents to use it. The Managers, Johanetta and Phillippo were very helpful and he was able to provide valuable information

The Agriturismo "Loggia degli Artisti" is a real gem of contemporary architecture. If you are looking for something exclusive and unique, a few kilometers from the sea and integrated in a typical rural environment this is a special place. Ideal for those in search of authentic Friuli, made of bright colors typical of the works of Tiepolo and strong scents.
Beautiful contemporary design
Reviewed By skyflakeWe stayed here for 9 nights in July 2015. It is a lovely contemporary designed building. For a family of 4 including a wheelchair user we took two interconnecting apartments. A smaller, twin-bedded room with an adapted bathroom and level access from outside, and a larger apartment with a double bedroom, sofa bed, living room and kitchen. Combined it was very spacious. Most of the grounds were accessible for a wheelchair, including the pool. Only one small covered area above the pool was not accessible. There are many different areas round the grounds to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. The A/C in the rooms was very efficient, it was very hot while we were there. The villa is only about 10 minutes from the A4, Venice to Trieste road, but very quiet. An hour's drive from Venice, Trieste, Goritza or Treviso, 30 minutes from Udine. A few good restaurants within 5-10 minute drive. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here. It was very relaxing, the pool is lovely, the hosts very friendly, kind and helpful.

In the "Villa Padronale", or main house, we have made a few rooms for those wishing to rest a few days in an agriturismo equipped with every amenity ( air condition, WiFi, TV, Telephone) and just a short distance from Udine (about 15 km), the main seaside areas, the mountains and cultural centres like Cividale and Aquileia. Tourist itineraries on foot, horse and mountain bike are available.

We as family enjoyed our stay very much together with the great Colutta wines as well which we tasted and took some bottles back to home a great memory of a great holiday.

Reviewed By melfaiduttiWe are a family of 4 who stayed for 5 nights in 2 rooms. The rooms were immaculately clean and very spacious. Beds very comfortable with all kitchen amenities. Air conditioning was excellent. Everything we needed was there. We had a beautiful traditional dinner one night in the restaurant. The food was delicious and very well priced. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend this property. Our children loved being in the open space where they could wander off on their own to visit the animals. This was a massive highlight to their stay. Thank you so much to the team, we hope to one day return, from the Australian's.
