The state has a population of around 519,100 as of June 2016, just over forty percent of which resides in the Greater Hobart precinct, which forms the metropolitan area of the state capital and largest city, Hobart.

A great market with wonderful local produce. The market is medium-sized, and you could go over all the stores in an hour or so. A nice place to get some fresh fruits and veges, and breakfast as well:)

We enjoyed the amazing sourdough donuts .. lemon curd and raspberry rose.. so soft fluffy and delicious..absolutely to die for

The Hobart Twilight Market is Hobart’s original Friday twilight market operating at two locations, the first is Long Beach Sandy Bay, less than 10 minute drive from Hobart’s CBD. The second location is Brooke Street Pier on Hobart’s waterfront. The market showcases a selection of local eats, drinks, design and live local music! Free movie nights operate at Long Beach on selected dates. All Markets are dog and family friendly. Long Beach markets operate on the first and third Friday between Oct - Mar 4:30pm - 9:00pm and the first Sunday Apr - Sep 10:00am - 3:00pm.
