The 10 Best Eco Tours in Sydney, New South Wales

July 25, 2021 Carley Gatson

Sydney offers plenty of historical and contemporary Australian flavor. The marvelous Sydney Opera House looks like a great origami sailboat, floating peacefully in a harbor. Wander the narrow cobblestone streets of The Rocks and then take in a street performance on the Circular Quay before heading into the Museum of Contemporary Art. The views from the Sydney Tower Eye observatory are epic – use this chance to get to know the layout of the city from high above.

Open from sunrise, my kayaking tours are truly unique- educating and inspiring you to kayak more. Operating in the best part of Sydney harbour, only place to reach Sydney opera house by kayak. It is surprisingly quiet so no need to worry about harbour traffic and the views of Sydney are simply magnificent. My tours include many photos and there is no better photo in Sydney than being in a kayak in front of the iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge to show friends and family. Unlike other tour operators, I have a competitive paddling background and am an instructor not just a guide so I give instruction on correct technique and use the best kayaking equipment to make it easier for everyone to paddle. I have a lockable facility for your bags and you can use the facilities at the pool after to shower and change. No coffees on board, it’s all about kayaking, but there is a cafe at the pool for you to enjoy before/ after. A fun, challenging and invigorating activity for everyone.
