Brookie’s Gin is produced at our farm distillery in the hinterland of Byron Bay. We're only open for tours by appointment, so yours will be a special experience. The distillery is set in the heart of our macadamia farm surrounded by subtropical rainforest. On arrival, you will be welcomed to the cellar door with a refreshing Brookie's Gin & Tonic as we take you on a journey through the story of Cape Byron Distillery, the Brook family farm and the art of distillation. A guided tour through the subtropical rainforest is a magical experience; to smell, see and touch the botanicals that are used in the gin, learn the history of the Big Scrub Rainforest and fall in love with this special place. Once back in the distillery you will be lead through an in-depth tasting of our products… and no doubt a few special surprises! Enjoy a fun sensory experience guided by our distillery tour team. To finish, relax on the deck overlooking Brookfarm, watch the birds & enjoy the view! See you soon:)
My wife and I had a great time at the distillery. I had low expectations for the rainforest tour, but it turned out to be really good and quite informative. Our host Elias did a great job. The gin tasting and information session (on the distillation process) was also really good. Thoroughly recommend this as an activity.

Local tasting room for our distilled products including gin, Australian liqueurs and fruit liqueurs. Tasting platters and cocktails available
We popped in to the Pretty Parrot Distillery today on our tastings of Tumut and enjoyed a tasting from Dave - and nothing was too much trouble! We didn’t make a booking (sorry! ????) but Dave was more than accomodating. He gave us a run down on the makings of the beverages and where they got their inspiration from. The gins and liqueurs are deeeeelicious, which was obvious as all 8 in our group walked out with 3 bottles in tow! Congratulations on the silver medal in London, we will definitely be back and reordering our bottles online - Thanks again Dave! ????

Great little distillery in Griffith. Friendly staff and very tasty gin. Michelle was fantastic in giving us a background to her gin making and the equipment needed to achieve such high standards. The other artist on site, the 'Copper Still" maker, Mark shared his experiences and skills needed in manufacturing the equipment and the standards they adhere to. Well worth a visit.

We provide a unique tasting experience in your own accommodation or a location of your choice here in Mudgee. A selection of 6 local wines for you to taste and keep, curated to your groups taste, with a local charcuterie platter. Make the booking and We'll take care of the rest.
I came across Exclusively Mudgee when researching what we should do for our trip. Having Steph arrange to host a wine tasting at our accommodation was just perfect after a day travelling. Steph is very knowledgeable on wines and local produce and she gave us some great tips on what we could do over the next few days. The six of us had a fun few hours wine tasting and nibbling on the local produce and everything Steph supplied was delicious. We also ordered some more wine from her, which was delivered the next day. A great first night in Mudgee.

Hunter Distillery is the only certified organic distillery in the Hunter Valley wine region of New South Wales. Locally owned and operated, we produce an exceptional range of top shelf spirits, including Vodkas, Liqueurs, Schnapps and our award winning COPPERWAVE DISTILLED GIN. Visit and sample our unique range of spirits, with a flavour for every taste.
This was the last part of our tour and definitely lots of fun tasting all the different flavours of vodka in test tubes. Also tried schnapps and loved the ginger one which we purchased the large size. Very knowledgeable young man serving our group and such a different place to the previous wineries we had visited. Loved that it is all certified organic too. Defintely worth a visit here, but not if you're driving as the alcohol percentages are very high 40% and 20%. Loved this place.
