With the experiences of visiting of Yangon city which is the former capital of Myanmar. Compared with other Asian cities of similar size it gives the impression of being green and full of trees, above which shimmering pagodas seem to float. We enjoyed our Myanmar trip tremendously with the arrangements made by The Mighty Myanmar. Special thanks to our three guides (Mr Sai in Inle Lake, Mr Zin Min in Mandalay and Mr Aung in Bagan) who had wonderful knowledge of the history and culture in Myanmar. They were very friendly and helpful, ensuring that our requests were met and making sure that we felt comfortable in this beautiful country. Never once during our trip did we feel lost as our guides and drivers ensured that our transportation from one city to the next was always seamless. We would definitely recommend The Mighty Myanmar and the services of our guides!

Kyaikhtiyo is the largest domestic tourism center. It stands on a gilded boulder precariously perched on the edge of the hill over 3615 feet above sea level. There are many legends about the pagoda and Nat (Spirit Gods) shrines along the way from the base camp to the pagoda. There is also a popular belief that a person gains in wealth every time he climbs the hill. It is a test of one’s endurance and is very exhilarating once a person has reached the summit. Kyaikhto Hotel located on the hillside is the full view of the pagoda. The season of pilgrimage is from October to May. Our coach has to stop at Kinpun Basecamp. From there we have to use an open truck which is normally used for hilly track up to the mountain too. To Yathae Hill, you can also reach by trekking from the base camp. Porters and palanquins are available to carry luggage and pilgrims who are too old or weak.
Inclusions: Drinking water and towel during excursion, Entrance fees and zone fees for the visits mentioned in the program, Meals included lunch as mentioned in the program, Sightseeing with professional English speaking local tour guide, Private air-con vehicle with drivers for transfers and excursions as...

This trip was outstanding. My guide, Ms San San Shwe was a font of knowledge, carefully planned the day to correspond with the heat and was happy to oblige with a side trip to ‘The Lady’s House’ to satisfy a bit of hero worship on my part. The circular railway was a great deal of fun also, but it was Ms Shwe’s knowledge, bubbly enthusiasm and obvious love of her country that won me over. If this is your first time in Myanmar, this is a must do tour. I was sooooo impressed.
