This is a must do while in Iceland. A a tour that offers a variety of natural wonders and stops that makes the day one you will not forget. Visiting the family at Efstidalur farm is not offered by most tour company's but we would not want you to miss it for anything. Faxi waterfall is a hidden gem you will most likely experience all by yourself. The tomato farm is simply a magical place to stop and have a quick bite or a drink, or both!

The Golden circle tour includes three of the most visited tourist sites in Iceland. We only use minibus with air-condition and free Wi-Fi on board. Traveling in minibus makes your experience more enjoyably. You will get more personal guides and more time to enjoy each site. You will be guided by experienced or certificated tourist guide. On our Classic Golden circle tour, we make two or three extra stops at valid sites, depended on the weather conditions and passenger´s interests which places we choose. We try to schedule the tour that way we are not at the heaviest rush hours on each of the sites. That way it makes the tour even more enjoyable for our customers. We pick up from bus-stops down town as well as all Hotels and guesthouses in Reykjavík area. You go straight from pick up on the tour, no changing buses at bus terminal.

Inclusions: Driver/guide, Hotel pickup and drop-off, National park fees, Transport by air-conditioned minivan

Exclusions: we stop for lunchtime at a valid cafe/restaurant, for passengers to buy them self some food if they want., We might add an extra to the schedule with entrance fee not incl. if that is in customers interest.

I actually visited back at the end of January 2020 just before the start of the pandemic and with all the drama of Covid, I never actually got round to posting a review. What an incredible tour this was! The waterfalls and landscape were just breathtaking as was the stop off for lunch! Our guide was very helpful and the bus journeys were comfortable. I cannot fault this company, booking was very easy and we were picked up right outside our hotel! I am a massive geography fan so this was a dream come true for me and the black beach is just stunning. The waterfalls are incredible (almost on par with Niagara Falls). I 100% recommend taking this tour to see some of Iceland’s beauty.

The Golden Circle is one of the most popular sightseeing tour in Iceland – which doesn’t come as a surprise considering you are visiting the most renowned attractions in the country when you drive along the Golden Circle route. The tour mainly consists of 3 distinctly unique locations; Thingvellir National Park, the Geysir known as Strokkur and the waterfall called Gullfoss. Thingvellir is the first stop which showcases where the Icelandic Parliament began in 930AD and is still running to this day. The second stop is the only erupting Geysir in Iceland, Strokkur. In 1963 after decades of it not erupting locals under advice from the Geysir Committee helped to clear a blockage and it has been erupting ever since. The third and final stop is Gullfoss (Golden Waterfall) which was created at the end of the last Ice Age. Gullfoss is known to be the largest waterfall in terms of volume of water with the average around 1400 m³/s in summer and 80 m³/s in winter.

Inclusions: Small group guarantee , English speaking driver and guide , Stops at Thingvellir, Geysir & Gullfoss, Pick up and drop off in Reykjavik

Exclusions: At the Geysir you can enter the restaurant there and get any food you need, Clothing suitable for the weather; e.g. waterproofs, hat, gloves & scarf

We call it the Golden circle for a reason – in just one day you can experience some of the most extraordinary places in Iceland and truly understand what makes this country so unique. We meet up in Reykjavik, where you and your traveling buddies hop aboard, and we head straight for Þingvellir National Park, a place cherished by Icelanders due to its magnificent nature and historical importance. Next up is one of the most popular and famous spots in Iceland, the Great Geysir. Although Geysir itself is rarely active nowadays, the area boasts various other hot springs and geysers. After the geysers, get ready for the next amazing stop, at the iconic Gullfoss waterfall – its name literally meaning “Golden falls”. At the end of the day, we stop at the Secret Lagoon to take a relaxing swim. The perfect way to end a day full of exploring. Book hassle-free with us! We guarantee all our departures without minimum participation.

Inclusions: Admission to the Secret Lagoon

Exclusions: Lunch

This was our second tour with Reykjavik Tourist Info and Toni. Again, we were picked up in a nice car and we have been the only ones on the tour. This was probably the best tour I have ever done. We visited 10 or more places, each more beautiful than the one before. When I did my research before our trip, it seemed to me that the tour to this Peninsula isn't as popular as other tours, but believe me, this is one of the best tours you can do. The landscape is unreal and it is definitely worth the money. Once again, I highly recommend Reykjavik Tourist Info, as their service is top-notch.

Ahhh. The tour not taken. I jumped on a great last minute airfare to Iceland from the US and had little time to plan, so I was panicking, a bit. I read reviews and decided to contact two tour companies, one being Hidden Iceland. They responded immediately with a detailed outline of a private tour that met EXACTLY what I asked for in terms of sights, type of accommodation, level of activity, adventure and flexibility specific to a mom traveling with teenagers. Family friends learned of our trip and decided to join us and ultimately the decision was made to self explore. However- this company’s response was very impressive and I will be envious of those who take a vacation with Hidden Iceland!

My wife and I were supposed to go on tour with this group on Thursday, 13/05/2021 and we recieved an email the day before stateing the tour was canceled due to covid restrictions. This is odd as there were still tour groups doing tours, and had this been the real issue they should have told us sooner than a day prior. This short notice cost us a large amount of money in setting up a tour with a different group.
