I had the best experience with Time Unlimited Tours, they were so prompt with their service. I had a group of 70 people getting transported from one venue to another. It was absolutely hassle free and my guests were very impressed! They were on time, so kind and helpful. Neill and Ceillhe are the loviest people and I just can't recommend their service enough!! 10/10 across the board. I would use this company again, ANY day of the week!

We had Ezy Driver pick us up from the Auckland airport early afternoon and take us to a private glow worm excursion in Waitomo. In order to make it to our excursion we had to carry all of our luggage with us in the vehicle (as our hotel wasn't ready for check in before we had to leave). The drive was 3 hours south into NZs north island. There were 5 of us and we rode in an 11 passenger minivan, it was spacious and clean and fit all of our luggage. Our driver was informative about the area and stopped to let us have lunch at a really good local cafe. He waited with our luggage for the 3 hour glow worm excursion and then drove us back to Auckland to our hotel. Our belongings were safe and our driver was attentive to our needs. Ezy Driver is highly recommended!

Simply Amazing! The experience was top shelf and the knowledge gained was eye opening. My tour guide Wati, not only guided me through Auckland but helped me navigate through the history and culture of the special landmarks in Auckland. My favorite part of the tour was visiting Maingauika/North Head. He answered all of my questions and if he didn’t know the answer to them he went out of his way to make sure he found the answer. Pure gentleman. Tour Bro is highly recommended and will be seeing me again in the near future! Kia Ora bro!

We had a great time and fell in love with the Alpacas. I took 1000s of photos from these cuties with their funny haircuts. The private tour started with a pick-up at our Auckland hotel where we have been for a couple of days. After the stunning sheep dog show bringing in the sheep we learned a lot of the background of the famous New Zealand sheep wool and during the live shearing we are able to shear a sheep. At the end - that was a highlight - there was the opportunity to feed and touch the lambs. An amazing day.

My sisters and I did the Matakana Scenic Coastal Getaway tour last month and it was a lovely way to spend a day together. John was a great guide and had interesting information about the area and wine culture in the area. All the wines we tasted were delicious, the cheese tasting at the Puhoi factory was great and the chocolates from Chocolate Brown were all amazing. The lunch at Plume was really good as well. It was a good, enjoyable day and we had a fun time.

Cam Marshall was an excellent tour guide, he showed us and told us all there needs to be known about every location we went to. He came with great knowledge, attitude and great ideas for places to take us. Everywhere wee went was just as beautiful, if not more than the last. He also came with surprises, as we would be on a ride to another city and he would have little hidden places to stop at for us to adventure a bit, making the rides seem a lot shorter and a lot more enjoyable. It was the trip of a lifetime.

Everything is well done. From the clean toilets and departure arrangements to the video on the coach to the chatty guide to the marvel of Hobbiton and the relaxing brew at the Green Dragon Inn at the end of the tour. The gardens are a marvel, so pretty and full of bees, butterflies, birds. The houses are detailed and colourful. It is a magical world and it was wonderful to visit it.

Excellent service by Black Car Transfers & Tours!!! Kris Lal is the epitome of what anyone could ever want and more. Kris picked us up at the airport in a beautiful, immaculately clean car. Not only does he give excellent service but with a warm, kind, friendly experience he would give to his own family. We were in NZ when our cruise ship was cancelled and the ports were closed. Kris took care of us by giving us a short tour of Auckland and then getting us to the airport to return home to the USA I don't know what we would have done without him. And to add to that, he and his lovely wife even offered to put us up in their home if we could not get a flight home What more could anyone ask for. Thank you again, Kris! Frank & Kathy
