Marrakech Ouzoud excrusion is a day trip to ouzoud that will allow you to discover another beauty face of Morocco, a Scenic destination, you'll visit an area known for its huge and high waterfalls (110m Height), located between the high atlas and the middle atlas mountains. This trip starts in the morning at 8am to Ouzoud waterfalls (110 meters high), situated in the middle of a surprisingly green area, are amazing in a country that is often hard-hit by drought. More than 140 km away from Marrakech, the earth is brick-red, saturated by iron oxide and contrasts with the green carpet of thousands of olive trees planted on the plateau. Olive tree is translated into “ouzoud” in the local language, thus the name of these waterfalls… . You will discover the waterfalls from the top.
Inclusions: Driver/guide, Hotel pickup and drop-off, Transport by air-conditioned minivan OR 4 WD
Exclusions: Food and drinks, Gratuities, Local guide fees (optional)

Worst service and agency EVER !! I booked a one day trip to Essaouira with this agency 14 days ago, they confirmed with me the availability, I gave them all the information needed and confirmed the pick up location. I contacted them 2 days and 1 day before the trip to re-confim and they confirmed I also asked about another contact number I can call in case they don’t show up and never got the number, I was totally right because they never showed up !!! How unprofessional and disrespectful is this ?? no one showing up, no one answering my calls nor my messages ?? Worst thing is that they were online, read the messages I sent right in the moment in WhatsApp and didn’t have enough respect to say anything. I just don’t understand why would you confirm and re-confirm an activity and just never show up nor give an explanation?? Really shame on you !! I was planning for this trip for so long and being treated this way was definitely the worst service ever. So if you want to save your time and holidays plans never book anything with the agency!!

This excursion will start early and will conclude in the evening. Once arrived you will have the opportunity for a walking tour of about one hour to follow the route to the top of the falls, enjoy watching the rainbow that glistens through the falling water or ride a boat in the waterfall. In addition, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the local and refreshment cuisine whilst watching the local monkey. This popular trip is low level and will not require intense experience but time to enjoy and relax around the natural surroundings. This trip is particularly popular for the whole family in the warmer seasons.

We recently retuned from a five days trip to Jebel Toubkal, Atlas Mountains. It was an amazing trip, I would return anytime in a heartbeat! Incredible scenery! Going with a small group with knowledgeable guides was a great decision as they knew the beaten path sites. Every day we were well informed about the plan for the day and the itinerary. Maroc unique voyages the guides added a lot to the overall experience, they took great care of us during the entire trip. Also, we didn’t had to worry about the accommodations, the food/water or the transfers from/to the airport. Everything was well planned and adjusted according to the group’s needs. Highly recommend it Maroc unique voyages !.

I found it humorous that the driver was listening to (and singing) a Maluma song! Maluma is a South American reggaaeton artist who sings in Spanish! I asked if he spoke Spanish he said, La (la means NO in Arabic). Maluma, oddly enough, was headlining the music fest I was planning to see while there!

Nestled in the High Atlas Mountains, just a 150 km away from Marrakech, the Cascades d'Ouzoud is one of the most remarkable of the natural wonders to be found in the Atlas mountains. These 110-meter waterfalls, the highest in North Africa, are inspiring in their majesty. This day trip departing from Marrakech will allow you to explore the paths to the bottom of the falls take you through the groves of olive trees and offer many fine views of the falls and their surroundings. Follow other paths to the top of the falls where you can see many grain mills (from which the falls get their name), as well as an astonishing view looking down on the cascades.

This is just the worst experience ever! I booked a trip, and instantly contacted the organizers about details of the trip. They did not answer me for 3 days. And only after I reminded several times and started to call them, they decided to tell me that my trip is cancelled. At it is the day before the start. Very nice. Not to mention that I booked a hotel in Marrakech, and transportation to Marrakech from Agadir (bc I live in Agadir) - and the day before the date everything is non-refundable. If I got the info earlier, I could have cancelled my hotel for free. Communication is like "Yes, we cancel your trip. We have no control about it." Like who has control over it? Nobody apologized not for the late response (I waited for 3 days and reminded several times, because panicked that nobody will pick me up), not for the late cancellation. Only when I mentioned that it would be nice that you at least apologize, they did it. Thank you, but when somebody asks you for sorry, it is a signal that you should have done it earlier. I understand that now is covid and everything, but this bad review is about communication, and I think that it is a job of the organizators to ORGANIZE everything, and solve the problems when they arise. You do not just throw cancellation a day before the trip in your customer, and do not answer the phone. Terrible. Just terrible.
