My sister found this company online and I'm so glad she booked with them. Our party of 4 consisted of my sister, our elderly parents and myself. Our super guide Jun Eun-jong met us at our hotel, went over what sights we wanted to cover and understood our need to be flexible depending on how our parents were feeling. I cannot say enough about Jun! Her English is excellent, she is knowledgeable native of Busan, great sense of humor and just an all around joy. The vehicle we had was perfect for the four of us, easy for my parents to get in and out of, and very clean. Jun let us set the pace of the tours, never hurrying us and made sure everyone's needs were met. Lunch at a local restaurant was very good, ordered ahead as to minimize wait time. The food was good but more importantly for my mom, it was super clean. Our day lasted from 9 am to just about 5 pm, we covered what we had wanted and more. I specifically asked Jun for her business card because I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone going to Busan. Thanks Jun!

In order to visit all the beautiful and historical cities outside of Seoul, we knew we need to join a bus tour and after reviewing all the tours out there, we booked K-Shuttle. Our group was a fun and punctual group of people, so with all the long ride going to one city to another, it wasn’t that bad. All the places we go to were places that all the locals will go for their getaway too, so it was nice to see that not everything are made for foreign tourists. Our guide, Cooper, was very helpful and informative, he brought his binder that filled with printed pictures of what is necessary for us to know about his lovely country, South Korea and also the places that we will visit. I would recommend K-Shuttle for sure to my friends back home.

My wife and I have a particular interest in this type of thing and read and follow what is occurring in the area. Given that this was a must do for us. We enjoyed the experience and the sights. From the tour I noticed that some people seemed disappointed however they did not have realistic expectations of what was going to happen. On several occasions I observed a man from the tour ask the guide the following questions "have we entered North Korea yet? Am I going to be able to get a photo with a North Korean Guard? If you have these expectations that you are going to enter North Korea or pose with a North Korean guard you are going to be let down. You will not be able to stand at a look out and look into a North Korean city and see people walking around, you will not be at the actual DMZ line having North Korea a few steps away. Do some research before going and understand what you are going to see and why you cannot go and have a selfie with a North Korea solider. Walking down into the third tunnel was the highlight. it gives you amazing perspective to envisage everything that is occurring. I would highly recommend the tour however do your research and have some realistic expectations of what you are going to experience. On a personal note - when we were there, there were many tourists taking photo's etc. The amount of people I saw having a great time jumping in the air celebrating, doing stupid poses with printed cut-out guards and statues was ridiculous. It certainly wasn't hard to see why tourist can be so disliked. It's simple, be respectful, appreciate what has occurred in these locations and the impact it has had on the country. It isn't the time and place to get a photo of you doing a Toyota jump of celebration in the air in front of memorial hoping for reunification of a broken country. Just my opinion
