The jungles and monsoon forests of Vietnam are diverse ecosystems that are alive with unique wildlife. Trekking is a popular activity here, particularly the mountains of Sapa and the primeval landscape of Cuc Phuong National Park. For a more urban escape, take a guided food tour of Ho Chi Minh City, making sure to squeeze in visits to the historic Hoi Truong Thong Nhat palace and the intricately adorned Emperor Jade Pagoda.

We absolutely love it here. We visited in 2019 and again in 2020. There is nothing bad to say. The staff are lovely and welcoming, breakfast is good and the rooms are lovely! We love Ang Bang and wouldn’t ever stay anywhere else. Let’s hope we can visit again in 2021! Fingers crossed.

Funny Monkeys Homestay, operated by 2 local woman who are very passionate in sharing the local experience, culture and cuisine. Our homestay is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Flowing Son river and karst mountain scenery welcome all guests. Rooms have magnificent river mountain view and shared balcony. Onsite restaurant and bar serve delicious local food. A walkable 400 meters to Phong Nha town center. It is an ideal place for you to relax, enjoy the sunset and the real experiences of Phong Nha.
In such a hard time in Phong Nha, Moon and her team keep a hugely positive attitude and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are clean, food is excellent and the whole experience well worth the money. I took a trip on their kayaks which was awesome..

I stayed at BA BE LEGEND HOTEL for 3 nights. And it was really lovely, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature. You can see the mountains, rice fields and small river from you hotel room! The family is the kindest ever! They cooked lovely meals (really good food) for me in the restaurant they have for the guests. Loan, the man of the family helped me a lot with everything, from getting there to renting a scooter from them and even for my next plans! The rooms are really nice and clean, they are big and you have a lovely bed with really soft mattresses. Fresh towels, and it’s just perfect! It’s perfectly located 5 min drive from the national park. I would really recommend this place! And if you are looking for a hostel, they just opened one! Which looked really nice and fun! So if you go to BA BE i suggest you go to BA BE LEGEND HOTEL. Thanks for having me loan and family <3 (Picture is taken from my room)

everything! the location, the amazingly friendly staff, the pool, the room, the view, the food (!!), the foot bath.. we have so much to say! First of all, we arrived very early (5am) with a sleeping bus from Hoi An. They prepared the room for us and they woke up that early to let us in… Then they offered us a breakfast when we got up few hours later. They had great recommendations for activities in the area and free bicycles. Food in Ninh Binh is quite a struggle… but not there. They prepare the best food ever, be it for dinner or for breakfast!! They also take care of you by proposing a feet bath before going to sleep. This place feels like home and even more. It’s also 5mn bicycle from Tam coc boat station! in short : go ahead, you won’t be disappointed. only regret : We wish we could have stayed longer! THANK YOU

The best view homestay in Ta Van village. Every bungalow room has own view and balcony, bathroom inside the bungalow very quiet. From every room you have panorama view of the all village and valley.
Sen is a great host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived! During our stay she was very helpful and gave us lots of advise about our stay in Vietnam The rooms are clean and well maintained. During the colder nights the room gets chilly but luckily the beds have a heating mattress to keep you toasty. If you’re looking for a place to start your adventures in Sapa I definitely recommend staying here.

Hoang Su Phi Lodge's team consists of different ethnicities in Hoang Su Phi because we aim to give them work, income and improve their living conditions but we always encourage them not to change the cultural values and the cultural identity from generations. They are young, dynamic, friendly, smiling, dedicated and their love for work are essential human qualities that deeply reveal not only t
Fabulous room overlooking a flooded padi field with regular water buffalo visitors. Loud frogs croaking at night to send you to sleep. Lovely friendly staff, great food, cold beer in the fridge. Lovely peaceful walks around the surrounding area. Rough road to get here but school children manage it everyday on their motorbikes, so it’s not too bad. Wonderful views

Our place is far from the Sapa town and and located among tribal villages as H-mong, Day....they do not live in center area but in hamlets scattering on the valleys throughout the areas. Spending time visiting ethnic minorities’ villages, observing their daily’s activities in order to understand more about their culture and you might be asked to join their family activities. Our place is covered
D&D Eco is one of the better values you'll find in Vietnam. It's well-located for hiking around the mountains and villages outside of Sa Pa, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food was good, and there's plenty of beer and bottled water available in the fridge. Just take what you need and self-report on the honor system. The owner of D&D also takes the struggle out of transportation to his place and back from Sa Pa town - his communication was excellent. He also has cute dogs. We definitely recommend D&D for hiking in Sa Pa.

A beautiful homestay in Sapa in the heart of Muong Hoa Valley, Giang Ta Chai. We have three fantastic bungalows with an en-suite, a double bed and a cozy fireplace. You will love the ambience and the breathtaking views from your doorstep. You will get to try authentic local food with Hmong family. We also offer trekking services.
It’s a difficult time to be traveling, but since we are residents in Hanoi things have been easier. And we couldn’t wait to get away from the business of the city to walk in nature and stay with Hmong people! Here we were warmly welcomed and hosted in clean and comfortable rooms facing the beautiful owners paddy fields. We had a delicious Hmong dinner tasting vegetables cooked on different ways, onion pepper and carrot beef, pork and fish sauce! And a final cheers with rice wine. A la procaine! Ps: pancakes for breakfast :)

Valley Sen Bungalow Phu Quoc welcome all guests and visitors who love to enjoy nature-closed staying and seeing local lifestyle. Located far away from the town's noisiness with wooden bungalows (have air-conditioning), a large colorful garden and a swimming pool, this accommodation promises to bring you comfortable stays and true relaxing times.
A very lovely clean family run business. A little out the way from shops and restaurants but if you can ride a moped you will be fine. Breakfast was cooked fresh. Not a massive selection but still good. Definitely try the iced coffee as it was by far the best I'd tried throughout Vietnam.
