In 2014 the seminary management agreed upon converting a small portion of the building into a “Religious Hospitality House”, arranging it to host 25 people. Said hospitality takes place on the building’s second floor and the rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, hair dryer, TV and insect screens. Four different types of bedrooms are available: - 14 single rooms; - 2 double rooms; - 2 twin rooms; - 1 triple room. From the lobby, by lift or stairs, you can access the second floor where, in addition to the bedrooms, guests can enjoy a spacious common room and a small food court equipped with water bottles and a vending machine for hot drinks. Inside their rooms, guests will find both sheets and towels, along with a courtesy kit (shower gel and a bar of soap). Moreover, on the ground floor, guests will find a breakfast room, a dining hall, a courtyard, a garden, a chapel and a parking area.

GREENERIA is situated on the hill of the small ancient village of Guarene, in the heart of UNESCO Vineyard Landscapes of Langhe Roero Monferrato. It offers two indipendent apartments for four people each, with all the comfort, in a rural building of 19th. Century completely renewed with natural materials, under the rules of organic architecture and the GBC Historic Building protocol (LEED).
