My family of five, including kids 10, 8 and 5 years old, had the best day cooking with Fiora! We met her in the morning, visited the market, decided on a menu for lunch and bought all the ingredients fresh from the butcher, fishmonger and farmers. Fiora is a great presence and knows her vendors well -- we were able to get the freshest fish, meat and other products. We then returned to her apartment, which is stunning, and all together prepared one of the best meals of our lives! Fiora had made homemade cannoli shells in the morning before she met us and served them with fresh ricotta cream. They were amazing! My entire family loved it ! This is an experience that we will be talking about for the rest of our lives. Thank you Fiora! We hope to see you again soon.

This cooking class was the highlight of our stay in the Catania area. Loredana was incredibly an amazing Chef and the cooking class including the market tour was wonderful. The class was hands on and included a history of the dishes. We were able to pick the dishes before we got to Italy and Loredana ensured that the the dishes were 100% nut free, as we advised of allergy. Loredana also emailed us the recipes so that we could make everything again in our own. I would definitely do it again when I return to Sicily.
