From our unique location in a former harbour, we go out to buy ingredients on the markets and small specialized stores for cheese, meat, herbs, wines and vegetables. Both my (Indonesian) mother and my (Dutch) father as well as their parents were born and raised in Indonesia. Growing up in my mother's kitchen I developed a passion for Asian cuisine, in particular Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese.
