The house is situated in the middle of Zell am See, yet in a quiet location, equipped with spacious apartments and offers the service of a hotel. Enjoy and lose yourself in a great breakfast or spend a cosy afternoon in the wellness area. The Self-Service Honesty Bar is special. Enjoy your drink, your snack at anytime you want.
We had a fantastic holiday stay in this modern apartment house. The staff was very nice, breakfast was delicious freshly prepared every morning and well organized. The House has an underground garage. Has a fantastic location. We will definitely come back here.

10 holiday apartments at the heart of Zell am See with 80 m² of luxury living space and an exquisite Penthouse Royal Apartment offering a spacious 200 m²: includes magnifi cent views of the Alps. A sauna in the building, underground parking spaces, a ski room/ bike room and the AlpenParks Superior Service round off your holiday in Zell am See to perfection.
Stayed 3 nights here. Apartment was lovely and spacious, with parking. Very clean and new. Really central location, very close to ski hire shop and the cityxpress gondola as well as a short walk from the ski bus that you can take to Kitzenhorn. There is internet access but I was unable to get it to work. Would very much recommend!

In total, the complex consists of 24 stylish apartments, divided amongst 7 floors. The living surfaces vary from 64 m² to 110 m². The modern apartments offer a balcony or terrace with a breathtaking view of the Zeller lake and the surrounding mountains. The next ski lift is 10 min drive by car.
Had very bad experience with the apartment staff. Namely, Mrs Micharla, she were not happy that I done the booking for the apartment online and not throw them, and she clearly mentioned due to this we will give you the ground floor apartment and on the higher floors even though I paid more for the view cost. When I refused and complained to the supplier I bought this days from when denied this and I lost $848 because of this. Personally I will never recommend this hotel apartment to anyone. In fact this experience made me change the length of my stay in Zell Am See at all.

The rooms where clean and the pictures where very descriptive of the rooms. Very well maintained. The restaurant was very good. The ski lifts where in a walking distance from the apartment hotel. The employees where very friendly and service oriented. Overall this apartment hotel gets a full house from my family and the three other families that where travelling with us.

Zell am See in Salzburg Province offers active rest and relaxation all year round as you enjoy your holidays against a breathtaking alpine panorama. In the winter, the snow-covered fairytale landscape invites you to go skiing and in the summer, the crystal-clear mountain lakes embedded in the deep green of the surrounding slopes will enthral you. The Hapimag Resort Zell am See is located in a very quiet spot directly by the lake.
Great place for a skiing holiday. This hapimag is just a short bus ride from the pistes - 2 buses per hour. As ever with hapimag the hotel is very well appointed and immaculately tidy, plus great pool and sauna. Amazing skiing across three mountains.

Excellent Austrian Apartment. The apartment was very clean, it have nice and large dining room with large dining table and fully equipped kitchen. As a benefit it is separate WC (good idea would be to add a sink there). Snow outside the apartment was shovelled regularly giving access to cars and also play ground in garden. Sauna room downstairs is nice. I can not think about negatives... maybe just the missing sink in WC and some electrical connections on low level which have cover broken and may have access to live parts, children like play with such things. Also at entry we had a small issue with access to apartment (nobody was there and no instruction left) and also later wrong key has been given to us, however we can understand that even the best make a mistake. Overall, one of the best apartment we ever been. We had great time and you have got another happy customer. Thank you :)

Arabella served perfectly our group of five snowboarders/skiers as a basecamp for our season start holiday. Both Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe ski areas are accessible as well as restaurants and services of Zell am See. The location is in quiet area near the lake. Rooms were clean and there was all we needed (and probably more) for our stay. The owner and his frau were totally nice and helpul people. We had our own parking place for our van in the front of the house. There was also a room for drying and storing our snowboarding/skiing equipment. At this price probably difficult to find better place to stay?

We stayed at the hotel for a week’s skiing in February, we booked through Crystal and it was the cheapest property in Zell am See that they had, and having read some other reviews I was a bit anxious but needn’t have worried, it is warm, clean and welcoming. The bedroom, with a balcony was basic but had big Austrian Twin beds, which could easily be a double, a wardrobe, telly and a clean decent shower and loo. Shower was always hot. It lacked tea and coffee making facilities but we brought a travel kettle and a supply of tea and hit chocolate which drew no complaints. Room was cleaned and bed made every day, including folding any clothes we left laying around. Downstairs is a breakfast room, breakfast was pretty basic p, cereal, cold meats, scrambled egg that sort of thing but was perfectly fine. A boot room To keep the skiing gear was downstairs and included boot warmers. There is a little wellness area with a sauna but we didn’t use it. Opposite is the swimming pool and ice rink, and a 24hr garage with a shop is close by. A short walk sees you in the town with a choice of restaurants and bars, but it is a fairly quiet town and not a party place. It’s about a 10 minute walk (in ski boots) to the ski shop and cable car, a bus (free with lift pass) can take you to neighbouring resorts although they do get busy. Taxis are a cheap alternative. I did notice a bit of traffic noise as our room was at the front. There isn’t much of a view although you can see the mountains, It’s definitely not the most opulent hotel in Zell, but considering how much cheaper it was it was more than adequate for our needs, we would definitely stay there again

We had very beautiful, traditionally furnished room, all clean and well prepared for customers. Great view over the see. Between the house and the see, there is a rail which didn't disturb the view at all and the trains were also not loud (I don't know whethet the trains pass during the night, I didn't hear anything). We were very happy with our choice.
