Munico Apartments is a modern building in a quiet area of Obergiesing, a popular residential district in the south of Munich. The design of the apartments is true to the location and style of the building. On the ground floor, you have a beautiful common space that can become your office for the day. The location is great for its proximity to the city centre, and quick access via public transport and convenient connection to nature and parks.

Located in the east part of Munich the MLoft Apartments Munich offer 17 fully equipped loft style apartments for short- or longterm stays in Munich. Each apartment has a living-/ bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom, the apartments on the south also have terraces. Thanks to connecting doors apartments for up to 10 persons can be offered. Of course there is also a flatscreen tv, air conditioning and internet in the apartments. Towels and sheets are changed once a week; for private washing our guests are welcome to use the coin operated washing machines and dryers in the house. As there is a supermarket and a bakery in the house, shopping for daily needs is easy. MLoft is close to the fairground Neue Messe Munchen, but also the city center can be reached within approximately 15 minutes.
