Housed in a 12th century building and located 25 m away from the Main Square of Trogir. Newly renovated and opened in July 2016. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant where they have a discount as well. Each room at this guest house is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV. Every room is fitted with a private bathroom. Palace Central Square features free WiFi throughout the property and parking is available on a nearby public parking for just 5 EUR per night (reservation needed).
...expected such a beautiful tiny hotel in the middle of Trogir. The room under the roof is a comfy, perfectly, quite spacious apartment with everything you need. You get a very nice view, a quite night if you close the windows, everything looks like it was freshly renovated... People are very nice and helpful. I would choose this place again, if I‘m back in Trogir!

The apartment was nice and clean, we had air con, some cooking facilities and fridge. Basic decor - nothing special but okay. Located just in the middle of Trogir, in an old noble house I think. There is a pretty dining area you can use downstairs.

Two of my grown children and my husband and I stayed at these apartments. The rooms are very spacey and are immaculately clean. The hostess does not speak english, but when she needs a conversation with you, she will contact someone to talk to you in English to discuss. She is very accommodating and we had a late flight and she allowed us to remain in the apartment for the rest of the whole day even though check out was earlier in the day. The apartment is very well located - 5 mins walk from central Old town Trogir, which is lovely. It is close to supermarkets, bakeries and the local market which has tonnes of fresh produce. The pool is smallish, but totally adequate, and very clean,as it is very quiet here. The location is quiet and no traffic noise. The air conditioning is terrific. Really lovely. I recommend Apartments Villa Lida.

Stayed here in October and I had incorrectly booked a room without a kitchen which was my mistake. They let us swop rooms straight away and we paid the small difference. The family were so welcoming and we enjoyed there homemade wine. The views were spectacular and rooms vet comfortable. Only thing we could have done with was a oven. We had a hob and kettle. Fell in love with Trogir it is beautiful. Taking our 3 boys this summer too.

The house can be found in great place, walking distance from the sea and the old town. and it was really quite place. The family, the owner were really kind and we got great hospitality. We rented a room, that was modern and clean. The view from the 2nd floor was really great. The house has backyard that was really great to park with cars. We enjoyed to stay there and strongly recommend to book this place.

Not sure why these apartments have so few reviews. Our lodging with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining room was perfect. The apartments are conveniently located close to the bus station and just inside the walled city. The manager was very helpful and gave us good directions and suggestions. We love having accommodations which allow us to store, prepare, and enjoy food and drink without going out to restaurants for all our meals. We are economy oriented and if we are going to stay in a location for 2-3 days we enjoy the conveniences like these apartments provided. This was a nice place for us.

Rooms Carija are located in UNESCO protected town of Trogir, nearby ACI Marina, just 100m from the beach and 250 m from the historic center of the town. Split Airport is just 5km away and Split city center (with ferry port and train station) is 25km away. The main Trogir bus terminal is located 1 km (15 min walk) from our property. All the rooms feature en suite bathroom, fridge, SAT TV, WIFI (free of charge for the guests), separate entrance and direct access to the terrace. The apartment has city view and the rooms, terrace view. Our gusets can use terrace with barbecue without any additional charges. Within 200 m from The Rooms Carija you can find a groceries shop, bakery, rent a car/ scooter/ bike office, restaurants, bars, as well as pier for the boats that provide daily excursion to nearby islands.
Incredible view from the balcony Close to the city center, not far to the market Nice and small beach located just 5 minutes walk from the accommodation Amazing host that offered us to stay a day longer for free because they knew our flight was late at night and the apartment was available The apartment was very well equipped and bed was super comfy

Our family enjoyed the hospitality and beauty of Croatia. Apartments are practical and comfortable (air conditioning, wifi, TV), ours had two bedrooms, a kitchen (gas & electric hobs, fridge/freezer & dishwasher). The lowest level has limited views and is polluted by the busy road between Trogir (right) and Okrug Gonji (left). There is a very small pool and sun beds with a nice view at the back. The owners are very hospitable (grandma, daughter and grand daughter), make sure you try their excellent and powerful rakija! Breakfast is €7 if you let them know in advance. The local beach is ok, clear water but pebbles and busy and here is what I recommend: 1) beach and Bistro plaza just before Slatine on Čiovo 2) local inexpensive Mediterrano restaurant for sunset views and excellent mixed grill or fish (cash only) 3) walk up steep Put Salduna road and take the path right at the tip to Slatine (2 hours) if you are fit and can leave early before the heat 4) 20minute walk to Trogir (right up busy road, right up steps and left at top take right fork for good views) 5) 3 island boat trip 200 kuna (100 for kids) including 3 stops (blue lagoon Drenik Veli; Maslinika, Šolta; fish or chicken lunch at Labadusa/Čiovo) leaving 8-9am from Trogir marina 6) take the bus from Trogir mainland to just outside Split centre (21 kuna), take the Bura line boat back (35 kuna) 7) we hired a car from Trophy near the airport (they pick you up) which I can recommend (friendly staff, good price but I recommend a smaller car for the narrow streets) 8) drive to Salona Roman ruins north of split then to Klis fortress (good lamb spit roast in Klis village but little vegetarian food) 9) drive to Šibnenik (More restaurant on the front does gluten free pasta) via Primošten (leave early or on Sunday to avoid traffic jams) then long trip through hills to Krka waterfalls (60 kuna), petrol station on A33 east out of Drniš 10) Monika restaurant in Trogir had a nice courtyard, Pasiki serves good local meat and veggie dishes with gluten free options (Konzum and DM both have gluten free products) Croatia is an amazing country and apart from the very busy roads around Trogir and environmental degradation in places I highly recommend this area and Alajbeg apartments for a holiday.

We spent a lot of time researching locations and apartments before our trip. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured on the website, everything looked new, it was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Towels, washing up liquid, kitchen equipment etc were provided as mentioned when booking. WiFi was provided with four available connections. The balcony was large with seating, table and drying rack. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Personally I could have done with darker curtains in the lounge as the sun was shining so brightly very early. The location was perfect, at the bottom of the road was the tourist bus terminal, the pick up point for most trips. An 8 minute walk and we were in the old Town. We had ample supermarkets with two at the end of the road and a market 5 mins away. The main bus station where you can find the airport bus and express bus to split is under a 10 min walk. The bus to the airport only takes 10 minutes. Marija who owns the block met us on arrival and explained all we need to know. She was very welcoming, hospitable and helpful. I highly recommend these apartments.
