Tokyo is the epitome of frenetic energy and jam-packed cosmopolitan culture—it’s populated by 12.5 million people. Still, it’s one of the safest cities in the world, ensuring a (nearly) carefree stay packed with pulsing nightlife, succulent cuisine and endless city experiences. Four national museums, gorgeous gardens and parks, Michelin-starred restaurants, and kooky-chic street fashions are only part of what makes Tokyo so unique. Don’t miss the Tokyo National Museum of Modern Art, the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden and the Gwen Stefani-lauded neighborhood of Harajuku.

Stayed here a couple of nights in return to Japan with family. This is a very convenient hotel near Shinjuku station. That makes traveling around Tokyo area a breeze. The is staff is extremely courteous and always very helpful beside language difficulties. One person who deserve a particular mention is the Indian girl who supported with an excellent command of English and did a smooth checkout with some hotel souvenirs. Suggestions - Improve WIFI speed since there were some problems in connecting to Zoom.

13-minute from Tokyo station by JR Soubu-line and 1-minute walk from Shinkoiwa JR station. Have a comfortable time with mini kitchen and coin laundry.
Not a four star establishment to say the least but if you need to be in this area and you’re on a budget this could be worth a look. Hotel really provides no service at all except a room and that includes clean up during your stay. However the clean small rooms provide all you need. A good supermarket over the road provides great food or there’s plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. Shinkoiwa station is two minutes away providing access to airports and downtown. I will be staying again.

We booked this place because it can accommodate my family in 1 room. We have the quadruple room, it has kitchen, washer, and fridge on top of the standard amenities. The place is clean. The bed that I slept on is terrible. It’s uncomfortable and I can feel the cool spring from the mattress on my back. Woke up with a severe back pain. This is also quite a distance from the nearest Metro

Apartment
Don’t stay here there are too many safety issues. My husband was taking a shower in the bath that was wobbly when the whole bath tipped on its side and he fell with it against a jagged brick architrave with metal sticking out of it. THE BATH WAS NOT PLUMBED IN! It was draining onto the tiled floor that had a drain in it. There are no instructions for any of the many heating, hot water ect. In English. To top it off there are no cupboards or draws in the kitchen the crockery is in a basket on the floor under the bench with the toaster, kettle and a single hot plate. The washing machine is out on the uncovered balcony in the weather full of rainwater. This place is a joke and should be shut until issues addressed. There is more but to much to write I’ll be here all night.
