Great location
Reviewed By GabyMeloThe bedroom is very good, however the bed could be bigger. The location is great and you don't need to drive to go to the restaurants. The breakfast is nice. I stayed with my family and everybody enjoyed the place.

Needs Improvement Overall
Reviewed By pattittiI stayed at this hotel for a week, rooms are in need of an update and some rooms set up are less than great as the TV is installed on the living room area with no visibility from the bed. Daily cleaning is ok I did not feel like I was getting back to a fresh and clean room as I usually feel in other hotels, bed sheets were never changed throughout the 7 nights stay I made sure to put the towels on the floors so they be changed when needed. Front desk customer service lacks they only have 1 person at all times so there is a line often. Not sure if they speak English either as I speak Portuguese. Breakfast was good always replenished and with plenty of choices. Location is great close enough to Avenida Berrine but away from all the traffic craziness. Valet service was really great those guys had the best customer service skills in the hotel it was nice to just drop off the car and call for it when needed as it is almost impossible to find parking on the street. Parking costs R$20.00 a day also not noted anywhere found out when I got there but well worth it and I believe reasonably priced to according to the area.

Reviewed By DHS1818Good: - Attendants very friendly. - Location Location Location - Delicious breakfast (included) - Free parking (included) - Good area inside (Room, living room (can accommodate 2 more people in the couch), kitchen) - There is 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, besides the room there is a living room (with TV and It’s possible to accommodate 2 people in the coach) and kitchen with oven, microwave, sink and plates, glasses and silverware. - Good room cleaning (every day) Bad: - internet connection - towels - the room’s TV is just smart TV (but in the living room is Ok)

The beds are great! The service is good, there is always someone, so you feel save and comfortable. The breakfast is very basic but ok!

Reviewed By zazon123I've got the Luxury room - was super spacious and clean. Also - was very quite. The area is okay - you just need to go in the right direction - like everywhere in Rio - when going out of the Hotel just don't turn Left as this area looks as not safe. In terms of amenities - there is a mini bar as well. The hotel staff speaks Portuguese only so make sure to come with a translator.

OBS.Cedemos kit cozinha (pratos, talheres, copos e panelas) e kit limpeza (rodo,vassoura,pa lixo,pano limpeza,pano prato),todas as unidades sao do mesmo tamanho , temos pessoal de plantao para atendimento.

Great reception
Reviewed By HRNNYJoao is a great host. We coild not find the hotel even using waze and when calling Joao ffered himself to pick us up, in fact we were very close. We were coming from Minas Gerais, another state in Brazil and were very tired and hungry, so Joao offered us some snacks (pao de queijo, cake, sandwiches, juice, coffee), and he conquered us that time. The room was cozy, nice decorated. The breaksfast is served in a very nice place with garden and fireplace. I loved it. I would go back.

Reviewed By NewWave69When I booked this hotel for a short business trip in July 2018 I expected the very basic level, but unfortunately the hotel failed to provide the necessary amenities. The shower is this plastic electric one that some of the brazilian households have. It is not very reliable in itself and mine wasn´t working (no hot water). The reception manager did not offer me another room, just to pick up my towel and take a shower at the reception area and then return to my room, since shower problem could not be resolved when I complained. Breakfast in the morning was very poor, there is not parking at the hotel, you have to use the one in the building on the same street and it is expensive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
