Everything went perfectly smooth during our 12 days stay. Special mention to the host Giuseppe who all day long cares of everything and everyone with professionalism and great kindness. He has also plenty of good ideas and advice. The whole staff is keen to provide comfort and well being to the guests. Property highly appreciated. Great nature, hiking trails, great view, restaurants and grocery shops around. Thank you for having spent some great holidays!

Villa Parry is an historic residence, situated in Tuscany in a quiet and exclusive hillside a few kilometers from Pistoia. It features six apartment suites and two deluxe rooms, with a panoramic swimming pool, a relaxation area with a jacuzzi and a wine cellar for tasting, all inside a private park with an exclusive nature trail between Tuscan cypresses, fruit trees and magnolias.
We found Villa Parri by luck - and struck gold! Firstly Simone, who is in charge of reservations and everything regarding our stay was enormously helpful, just an amazing host, that made sure our stay was perfect! We booked one of the Villas apartments, and it was fantastic, very luxurious, comfortable beds and I could go on and on. Villa Parri is located on a hill and so indescribable beautiful and amazing. The pool is located on the hill and offers just quiet and a spectacular view! THANK YOU Simone and Villa Parri for an amazing vacation- we will be back next year!?

We chose this apartment because it offered us flexibility and outdoor space in the centre of town - a hard combination to find! But it outstripped all our expectations. Firstly, the view from our balcony to the Alto kept us transfixed for two weeks! Our accommodation was clean, modern and well equipped; also lovely and quiet. Simone and Patrizia stayed reassuringly in touch during our delayed flight with Ryanair, which delayed us by a day. They.couldn't have been more helpful and proactive during our stay, from the welcome coffee on arrival, to helping with local information and anything else we needed during our stay. Below our balcony was a lovely garden, inhabited by two chatty cats. In the morning, we could smell bread baking and in the evening listen to the sound of the plants being lovingly watered. The Gloria is within five minutes of bakeries and cafés and a not far from the supermarket. The town boasts a romantic square and a lovely selection of eateries and rather glitzy shopping opportunities! No wonder Chanel and Hepburn are remembered among the visiting luminaries recorded in brass plaques along the pavement to the spa buildings. Our morning treat was coffee and 'pasticcini' from Giovannini's just up the road. The town gathers there to chat and consume the wonderful offerings. Thanks to Residence Gloria, we count this among our very best holidays. Thank you, Simone and Patrizia!

A perfect holiday destination for those who wish to enjoy the countryside but still be in a strategic position for visiting Northern Tuscany, either by car or by train, which is famous for its historical towns, natural and artistic treasures and the beaches along the Versilia coastline. Olive and cypress trees abound in this peaceful, typically Tuscan countryside.
Giampaulo and Paula were engaging and helpful hosts. Giampaulo was particularly helpful when I lost my phone, going out of his way to help. The breakfasts were an event! Lovely local cheeses, meats, honey and jams plus croissants, cakes, yoghurt and delicious cappucino. The view from the room was fabulous. Pleasant pool area at the back of the villa. The little shop on the premises sold a fine selection of local produce and some cool T-shirts. Nice walk in shower, no cupboard for clothes but plenty of drawer space. Comfortable but very squeaky bed!

Borgo Casalvento stands on the top of a hill at an altitude of about 350 metres, plunged into a natural landscape and surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, where winds blowing both from sea and from mountains caress and relax guest's resort. A park of over 3,000 square metres is available for you. There you can find two swimming pools (a children's one) and a jacuzzi area plunged into the typical Tuscan vegetation. Borgo Casalvento is composed by 6 apartments ably renovated following Tuscan tradition, with wooden roof beams, handmade terracotta-tiled floor and the inevitable fireplace, all to combine past sensations and modern comforts.
Just returning home after a really relaxing week at Borgo Calvasento! What a relaxing borgo with a nice garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Really a place to relax but also a good starting point for trips to Lucca Florence etc.

Mixed feelings about this one. On the upside: large house for a small price, lots of rooms and beds, good bathroom with steady shower, very clean, good wifi, nice pool, great view, plenty of bbq’s around and lots of grassy space for the kids to run around in. Downsides: it’s 15-20 minutes to the nearest restaurant, the last 50 meters of road are almost impossible to use without scraping the underside of the car (assuming you’re not in a SUV), there were ants everywhere, the house is quite noisy (I could literally understand our neighbors conversations indoors and when their kids started running around at seven it was like they were in my bedroom) and the beds were either rock hard or soft and saggy. So, yeah, I’m not sure about this one.

Lovely apartments - basic but at a fabulous price. We stayed here on our visit to the Pistoia Blues Festival. We didn't want to stay in the middle of town and this was a nice shirt walk. Owners very friendly. Supermarket close by selling everything you might need. Bus stop close by if you don't fancy lugging your suitcase 20mins to the train station.
