Reviewed By Dreamer08811866815This hotel was great . A very short walk to the airport. We had what looked like a renovated room and everything was good. Air con worked and bed very comfortable. We left early so did not try the breakfast. If u have a car there is space at the front of the hotel to offload luggage . There are others facilities around so the car park can be busy .

Reviewed By LBSterlingWhat a fantastic hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There was also an air conditioner in room. It is close to some good restaurants, but not much else is happening in the area. Only downside was breakfast. Only sweet treats were offered.

Reviewed By y2krok00First of all, I checked in for 'not holiday/vacation' but 'for official business/work.' This hotel charged me before I was even checked in, and I received an alert from my work/business credit card. I thought that was just for holding my reservation, not actual charged for my entire stay. It has never happened before for either personal vacations/holidays and/or business trips. You don't get charged your entire stay until you check out; then you get its receipt for your stay. I have several other things that I don't like from this particular hotel. Although this hotel offers "free breakfast" but it is nothing but "sugary stuff" that I wouldn't give to anyone because you would get sick you eat those. Only thing good was its coffee... That's about it. I have to talk to an owner of this hotel who charged me during my stay, not checked out yet. The Internet/Wi-Fi is not stable (goes out at times). For the hot water, you need to wait for a few minutes. People comes here for Pisa Leaning Tower and its surroundings for a day or two to stay this hotel. Not like us, we're staying more than a week for our work. I would not return to this hotel, and I would not recommend this hotel to others. However, it is any readers to decide his/her own decision, and I'm just writing my personal experience. Thanks for reading.

Reviewed By Voyage797769I spent one night in Pisa in October and was extremely satisfied. Rosa could not have been nicer and more helpful. She went over the map in detail of Pisa, explaining areas I should not miss and where I would find good restaurants. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The train station is a short distance away and while I was waiting for the train the next morning, I turned around and Rosa was standing there with my phone charger that I had left in the wall in the room. I was so appreciative that she did that. I highly recommend this B&B.

Nice apartments
Reviewed By maria kLovely Aparments, had a couple of issues but rectified very quickly. We went in the summer so was very hot but the air conditioning wasn't working well. The apartment was big and the pool was dirty sometimes. Stayed at the block with the pool a short walk away from the reception in the newer building. The beach was a short walk away where you had to pay for for most of the space but we just stayed for an hour everyday with our beach mat right at the front so didn’t pay for beds or umbrella as they expensive. Not many pans to cook with and no kettle which was really missed but we heated water in a pan but it got very hot when the electric cooker was on as the air con didn’t work very well.

It wasn't busy and very calm, relaxing. My little boy had great time there. Big Thank you to Alessandra for outstanding service. We appreciate you have waited for us to arrive. Big thank you to the Pool Rescue Guard (sorry, don't know your name) for amazing job looking after our little boy.

Comfortable apartment near the beach.
Reviewed By swimvikingRemodeled, modern apartments in an older building. The gardens are beautiful, and the pool is amazing. Short walk to beach. There is a nice restaurant on the grounds. As often happens, free wifi is very slow. Better not to count on it.

Reviewed By izzi47I have been staying in this residence 1 or 2 times a year since it opened. The apartments are well equipped, very clean, air conditioned [extra cost] and well maintained .They have their own beach with dedicated seats and umbrellas for residents also reserved parking. The apartments are quite expensive but are by far the best in the area.

Lovely stay
Reviewed By SleepEatTravelRepeatCame here for 3 nights as a couple for our wedding anniversary. It was exactly what we wanted for a pleasant, hassle free stay. Laura the owner is very helpful and messaged us a couple of times prior to us arriving asking us to confirm our flight times etc. We got a taxi to the hotel from the airport which was 9 euros, but we could have easily walked as it's super close. On arrival we were met by Laura's husband; we don't speak any Italian and his English was sketchy too so we had a good giggle trying to work out what each other was going on about. We managed and that's our problem for having limited Language skills! He was super helpful, he and the cleaner showed us to our large family room which was clean, spacious and well laid out with good cupboard space and clean bathroom. He also provided us with a map and drew diagrams of how to reach the Leaning Tower and the train station as we had plans to go into Florence by train on one of the days. His directions and map were excellent and we found our way no issues following his advice. The hotel is very quiet and down a quiet street which was nice as we wanted some time away to be quiet and relaxed, it took around 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Pisa so we we were happy. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it and potentially come back if we ever visit Pisa again. This was our first ever time in Italy so just want to say your country is beautiful & stunning and the people likewise! The weather was perfect the whole time, just right for walking around during the day and even though it did rain a little, it was nothing like London rain so couldn't complain. We will back to Italy as soon as we can! x
