The Mayfair Gardens is located on the Southwest Coast of Cyprus in the town of Paphos, the birthplace of Aphrodite - the Goddess of Love and Beauty. The Mayfair Gardens provides an excellent standard of accommodation in a friendly and relaxed environment with a range of amenities. including an Aqua Park. Situated in a quiet tourist part of Kato Paphos, approximately 15 minutes walk from the harbor, 900 meters from the nearest beach (with an array of ). taverns, restaurants, cafe's, bars and shops within the vicinity. The Kings Avenue Shopping Mall is only 5 minutes walk away.

Reviewed By G_Crank7The Mayfair Hotel was a true delight. The hotel is run by a truly dedicated team, from front of house to behind the scenes. I can honestly say we were looked after to an exceptional standard throughout our 10 day stay. The restaurant gets a huge thumbs up from us. The buffet menu was themed and we were blown away by the amount of choice, the freshness of the food and the tastiness. We'd like to give a big shout out to George who runs the restaurant. My youngest son is an extremely picky eater and George ensured he didn't go hungry and was well taken care of. The pool side is split in to two areas, with a family area with slides and the main pool. All very clean and sun loungers plentiful. The poolside entertainment was very inclusive with fun games, aqua aerobics and pilates. We had a room with a pool side view and it was exactly as we had expected. The cleaning staff were very attention with daily cleaning too. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we had planned a number of day trips down to the harbour, catching local buses to the Tomb of the Kings, the Water Park (best one we've ever been too) and recommended beaches. We also booked on a Jeep Safari trip and we weren't disappointed. This was our first trip to Cyprus and the island was very friendly and welcoming. The beaches, villages and mountains were breathtaking. Thank you Mayfair Hotel for making our stay a memorable one.

The nearest sandy beach only a 10-15 minute walk away, and the harbour area of Paphos within 1,5km . The two bus stops close to the complex can take you to the city center or the main bus station at the harbor with direct connections to all major attractions or areas of Paphos and the airport..
Another fabulous visit
Reviewed By heatherj1962We visited Artemis Cynthia again for a week’s break and we were not disappointed. Kypros, Jennie and Liz looked after us so well. They gave us lots of helpful advice about the local area and getting around. Our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night, having received instructions to get into our apartment. All went very smoothly and the apartment was modern and spacious. There was even a nice bottle of wine and a welcome basket waiting for us. Everything you would need for a self catering break in the sun. Such a novelty to have a washing machine and go home with no laundry!! A clean apartment and the area around the pools was spotless also. Our flights were late returning home and the team were very accommodating with organising for us to have a late checkout. This was our second visit and we are now planning on visiting again for a month as there is so much to see and do in Cyprus. With such excellent accommodation and service, we will definitely be booking again.

Reviewed By Happiness26269461156We have just returned from a weeks stay at Panaretti and I will be honest, when we first arrived I was horrified by our room it was so dated and wasn’t the most clean. The hotel is very tired and run down. The next morning I asked for a room change and we was upgraded to a one bedroom which was much better, still very tired but the receptionist was very helpful and the cleaners are very friendly. The pool and restaurant were very good. Sun-loungers do need updating as they are uncomfortable but they do the job! We used the bus service a lot it costs €1.50 single into coral bay and the same into Pafos, the bus stop is about a 10 minute walk away (we walked out the back of the hotel - much quicker) you can also purchase a day pass for €5 which we did when we went to the waterpark. This was very handy but you can walk to a supermarket which is about a 20 minute walk I wouldn’t use the mini market at the hotel as there isn’t much in there! The beach is a 5 minute walk again walk out the back of the hotel, the beach is amazing and so picturesque we also found a lovely restaurant on route. Some of the reviews on here are a little bit brutal, I wouldn’t say the hotel is a 4 star anymore but we enjoyed ourselves and had a lovely holiday. We would come back here but would suggest the hotel having a bit of a revamp I can imagine in its prime this hotel was amazing!

Reviewed By 657brigettefWe stayed at Kozi Apartments for four nights. The welcome was warm and genuine and the apartment was larger than we expected. Mrs Katina helped us with booking a boat cruise from Latchi and provided us with local information. A great base for exploring the beautiful Akamas Point. The pool was perfect for early morning swims or late night cool downs. If ever we return to Cyprus we would definitely go back .

A short stay on a budget
Reviewed By Ludmila KThe hosts are very nice and likeable people, always willing to assist. The location is peaceful and convenient for exploring the whole region from Paphos to Pyrgos by car. Every room has its own parking spot for free, wifi works well. It's fairly clean, although cleaning could be more thorough, new appliances needed, as many of the existing ones (e.g. toaster, coffee machine) are worn-out or dirty and unusable - we only used the microwave and kettle and brewed our coffee in the teapot. Maybe replace some of the furniture as well... Our “sea view” was actually a "side sea view" obstructed by other buildings. Considering the low price and the fact that we did not spend much time in the room, this apartment offered everything we needed for our short break.

All the utensils in the kitchen if you want to cook ,washing machine , toaster ,kettle. Staff is very nice. Strongly recommend .

Family holiday
Reviewed By N342PAjuliemWe stayed in the apartments from Tuesday 24th to Saturday 28th May and returned after a weeks stay in a villa for a further 3 days. Our first stay we were in a studio apartment- quite basic but clean, had everything we needed for self catering. Views from our balcony were beautiful. Philippous supermarket across the road, also a coffee shop and eating establishments - all excellent. The staff in the apartments were very friendly and allowed us to leave our suitcases in storage whilst we awaited our taxi to the villa. Pool area was great, the kids & adults loved it. It also had a pool bar were drinks and excellent food could be ordered. The lady who ran it was lovely. On our 2nd stay the apartment was alot smaller but not as well equipped as the first one. We were based at the front of the apartments so alot more noise due to traffic. On the Saturday & Sunday they held 2 functions within the restaurant area - very noisy but music was turned off at 11.30 Saturday & 12.15 Sunday. We would definitely stay here again as your a 5 min walk from the strip in Coral Bay, 10 min walk from the beach. Every restaurant we used on the strip, the food was fantastic couldn't fault the service we received. There were 8 in our party which included 2 children.
