Reviewed By Adrian KWe booked room with the view for the street about 1-2 months before the trip. When we arrived we met the owner of the hotel and he just gave us the key. We were a little bit disappointed, because one year before we were in Gradać, and the owners offered us shot of Rakija for welcoming and now... just say "hello" and "take the keys". We went to the room and the difference between photos and reality was noticeable. The first feeling was that we removed to communistic times, but the worst thing was dirt. A lot dust under the bed and dirty walls. So bad was the bathroom and after arrival I knew why there was no any photos. So small and old-fashioned. Air conditioner was OK, generally everything works, but we talked with our neighbours from the room near to us and after coming they discovered that they have got problems with the pipe from the sink. They told us they were trying to talk with the owner, but he was uninterested the problem. Just after call to booking page they amended the failure. We were there all week and I was so disappointed that no-one clean the room during that time. In the room was only one toiler paper and I had to ask the owner for another one. No-one ask us if we need to refresh the room or change the beddings. The positive aspect was only the localisation. But the main photo from TRIPADVISOR falsely shows that the house is near the beach. Anyway we were satisfied, the distance between beach and our hotel was short. What's more you can't park the car near hotel, because there's market area and you have to park about 100m further in the small beacon. Generally, I expected more. And I was disappointed that I didn't see bathroom's photo before. The hotel should show people more genuine and objective photos of the rooms. Anyway I would like to thank for being there, I would reccomend the hotel to my friends, but... I will show them some photos before the booking.

Summer holidays in the captain's home! It is a renovated old stone house, the captain's house, and now we offer you 2 apartments on the same, 1st floor. One-Bedroom Apartment for up to 4 persons and studio apartment for 2 persons. Apartments are furnished with modern furniture and all amenities you need during the holidays. There is a great garden area with a grill and sitting area for our guests. Parking is nearby and free of charge for guests of Jakov Apartments. The sea and the beach are literally a few steps from Jakov Apartments. The house is situated in the pedestrian area, so you will get your piece of peace here. You will find this place just perfect for your holidays.
Lovely clean apartment
Reviewed By 920tracytFInding th place was a challenge,even with a gps, but we stopped and asked for directions at the bakery and a lovely friendly lady helped us. Had to negotiate down a narrow raod and park in another driveway we had not spotted! But lovely host came to greet us and helped with luggage. Apartment spacios and clean, and within walking distance of the waterfront

Clean, functional apartments located just outside of the town of Orebic
Reviewed By Griffins2804Located outside of the town of Orebic in a quiet residential street. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy with everything we needed. The kitchen was functional, the bed comfortable, the shower powerful with clean towels provided. There was a balcony to sit out on. Aircon in the kitchen didn't really help cool the bedroom, but the location is quiet - apart from one night when something was making the local dogs bark. We stayed on a B&B basis & the owner (who lives next door) prepared a wonderful breakfast on both mornings.

Quiet and good accomodation in charming Orebic
Reviewed By Ingrid BFamily friendly and good rooms. Charming host and all you need for a relaxing holiday. Good value for money. We prefer the biggest apartments, with a spacious balcony. Aircondition is good and Timkng is close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Excellent place to stay while in Orebić
Reviewed By 529cutieaThe house is newly constructed with 4 apartments and a free parking. It also has a BBQ equipment, the school is really near and the apartments are only stroll away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The location is really good and price is mid-range but I doubt you will find as affordable apartments with such good location as these. Apartments are really comfortable with nice balconies and air condition as well as free Wi-Fi. The hosts/owners, Marija and Jadranka are really kind and friendly. My favorite part of mornings was enjoying my cup of coffee on the balcony I can't wait to come to Orebić and Leko's again :)

Spacious and comfortable with modern amenities
Reviewed By Runkevinrun1Our host was friendly and very helpful in providing us with local information. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The balcony was a nice plus to the room. The bathroom was updated and was clean. Wifi available. It was a couple of blocks from the beach and to the Orebic main square. Thank you!

Nice Apartment
Reviewed By David CGood: Easy to find – We stayed in the one bedroom apt, it was spacious, bright & well equipped with a nice private balcony. Close to the waterfront, restaurants & the ferry dock. Owner was helpful and welcoming. Off street private parking. Good fast WiFi.

Reviewed By _lenulka071Apartmán jsem si objednala s předstihem z Booking.com.10 ti denní pobyt se snídani pro 3 osoby za cenu cca 15000 Kč.5000 Kč mi bylo strhnuto ihned z účtu a 30 dni před příjezdem už se nedalo zrušit ubytování vůbec.Po příjezdu neupravená majitelka začala křičet, že nám žádnou snídani nedá, že o ničem neví.Po dohadování a volání do nějaké agentury, že teda nám snídani dá, ale každé ráno máslo rama, dietní salám, nejlevnější kafe, mokré vevnitř a nějaká stará marmeláda a pití žádné ani voda.Ubytování jsme dostali prvně dostali pro 3 osoby, ložnice a kuchyň, kde měla spát dcera bez okna a klimatizace, což jsme odmítli a byl nám dán jiný pokoj sice s oknem, ale vše staré a rozkládací křeslo nefunkční a pomočené.Prpbrečela jsem celých 10 dní.Majitelka vulgární, křičela u té bezvadné snídaně před náma na zaměstnance.Naprosto v šoku jsem byla z ubytování, které bylo naproti našeho pokoje a otevřené a luxus šílený a samozřejmě tyto jiné pokoje nenabízí booking a nejsou určené pro české klienty.Takže dům s apartmánama rozdělený pro čechy, staré, nefunkční, špinavé, rozbité a potom luxus pro zahraniční klientelu!Takhle hrozně jsem se nikdy v životě na dovolené necítila!!Jsem moc smutná a zaskočená ještě po příjezdu do své země.Pobyt jsem si prodloužila v apartmanech MAESTRAL v Orebici a přešli jsme do luxusu a hlavně majitelé na velké urovni!!

For Holiday

Apartamenty i pokoje bardzo dobrze wyposażone, dostępne Wi-Fi i wszystko co w domu nawet sztućce i żelazko włącznie :-). Właściciele również sympatyczni (pozdrowienia dla Antonio ;-) ) i pomocni. Bez problemu zorganizowali Nam dostawkę dla najmłodszej córki, aby się nie gnieść na bardzo dużym małżeńskim łóżku :-). Miejsce parkingowe, grill, super duży taras z widokiem na morze i góry - wszystko co potrzeba na miejscu. Samo miasto "portowe" bardzo urokliwe w miarę spokojne i pełne atrakcji - niczego w Nim nie brakuje Wybrałem tą miejscowiść ze względu piaszczyste plaże pełne atrakcji (wodne tory przeszkód, jazda skuterem, na pontonach, bananach, snorkeling itd.) Byliśmy na 3 rodziny i wszyscy miło wspominają pobyt. Dużo by mówić o plusach ... minusów jak dla mnie brak w porównaniu z polskim "drogim" morzem. Dodam że cały półwysep słynie z b.dobrych win :-) do których wrócę zapewne za rok. Jednym słowem #polecamApartamentsVidić
