Reviewed By marylynch1955This hotel was in a lovely location just a short stroll from the fabulous beach and promenade. The room was of adequate size but the facilities were very good. We had three lovely nights here where the staff made us very welcome. We would recommend this property to others.

Reviewed By carucateThis was our 4th stay at Resid'Spa and as always it was excellent. We stayed in Vigier this time, having had business suites on previous visits. It was lovely to have the extra space and the sofa for sitting on. The jacuzzi was a nice extra. Cleanliess was excellent, staff always friendly and helpful. The bed is extremely comfortable as are the pillows. The kitchen was well equipped (although no lid for saucepans). Wifi was very good an we were able to do meetings from the room. The pool here is a real highlight and as ever it was spotless as was the Hamman and shower areas. We love staying here and look forward to our stay every year.

Each apartment possess a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee-machine and chinaware), flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The Residence offers a fitness room and a heated outdoor swimming pool(open during Summer). A meeting room is available. The Residence is only 300 meter from TGV train station and city-center (shops). By car, 15 minutes away from La Baule beaches and 30 minutes from Nantes Atlantique International Airport (NTE). Front desk is open everyday from 06:30 am (07:00 am week-ends) to 10.00 pm.
Very tired hotel but staff helpful and friendly

The staff are friendly and helpful and gave us good tips for local restaurants etc. There is an on site car park and the rooms are spacious with clean bedding and towels. There is a kitchenette including basic equipment for a short stay. The breakfast is adequate for the price but basic. Now the negatives. The rooms are very dark and tired with chipped paintwork and stains on the wall. The pictures on the website arent accurate. The bathroom is tiny. The car park (if you dont use a lift like me) is accessed by a walk through a dirty alleyway. The area is close to amenities but doesnt feel safe at night. Overall it was OK but I wouldnt stay again,

Pretty good bed forthe night

The problem is that the address is on a pedestrianised back street, although one side of the hotel is on a fairly busy street. With help from the Tourism Office, we found it after almost two hours. Very friendly, sympathetic check in. No parking available. We left the car onthe street outside, feeding the metre with money, although there was no charge for the hours of darkness. Our sense of the neighbourhood was that we needed to check on the car fairly frequently to make sure it was still there. Small but sufficiently equipped room. Fully equipped kitchen fr two, with a microwave. Clean. a little too hot on a summer&s afternoon - but an open window solved that. Couldn't find any restaurants in the area, but there was a supermarket one block away. A sign in the elevator promised pixxas at the front desk (they warm them up for you( but when we went to ask for one, the staff had gone home for the night. An early morning walk showed it was nice and convenient for the Castle. Got lost again as we tried to leave the city.

Reviewed By Trilochan DGood stay for a very good price. It was worth it for thr price, location and view. Jasmine at the front desk was very kind, polite and helpful. She made all accomodations easy and clear. Location is closed to a Carrefour SAV and Mac Donalds.

Reviewed By alison mLovely location 40 minute walk from pornichet. Nice 2 storey villas. Modern inside although dont look too closely, badly finished. Nice outside seating area. 3 pools, one inside. Play area for kiddies. Gated security parking. Very friendly staff. Less good bits. Shower very slippy, dangerous. The noise at night gangs of kids, ados run riot, noisey adults having parties until 3 am. No restauration on site but ubereats deliver.

Reviewed By FernandaT59Guests were there from June 1st onwards at the hotel and needed to leave before they had planned, but stayed until June 7nt ie stayed 6 nights and the hotel charged until June 14th which is very unfair to charge for a non- used.

Lovely apartment

We liked the place, probably would be nicer to enjoy the ocean and pool at the Mid of Summer as the end of August is out of the season and it could be a bit chilly, especially for those who not into a refreshing dip)) But we loved the area it seemed absolutely safe, not for people who do like to party as it is quite) the only difficulty we had when explaining ourselves at the restaurant as the habitats do not speak English but everyone was very friendly though
