A small fishing village until the 20th century, Gdynia was rapidly built into Poland’s largest and busiest sea port after World War I. As a result, it’s mainly a very modern city. The most significant older attraction is the 13th-century St. Michael the Archangel Church. Two museum ships in the harbor, a destroyer and a frigate, are also popular with visitors. Gdynia has a thriving cultural life and in September hosts the annual Polish Film Festival, sometimes called the “Polish Cannes.”

Expedia status that this is a 4.5 star hotel when in fact this a apartment hotel. This is at best a 3 star . We paid for the upgraded 2 people room a s friends got the family room. Our room was basic, no bathroom toiletries. Had a small kettle in room for I instant coffee and mint tea. Daily room was equipped with kitchenette and balcony. It’s one bed and a sofa bed for kids. Location is right downtown so this is a bonus. Expedia states that parking is 30zl a night but when we got there the receptionist stayed it’s 50 due to it being high season. Breakfast was 25zl on Expedia and we got charged 30zl. Just not as advertised. Apartment was clean and staff were friendly. Giving it 2 starts for Faldo advertising on parking and breakfast price a s the fact that it shows a 4.5 starts when it’s a 3 at most. Would not stay again.

Housed in the Poland’s tallest residential building, the Sea Towers apartments are located just 50 metres from the sea and feature a spacious sun terrace based on the 36th floor. All Sea Towers apartments come with a living room with a plasma TV with satellite channels and free internet. Each has a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher.
I booked a room for 425 zl about two weeks before coming, which was quite a lot ..additionally I was charged 100zl for cleaning the apartment. We came and got keys and instructions with no problem - this is a great plus. The apartment was quite strange with... bathroom in the bedroom..strange idea. Not very clean, not very new.. I left my iphone charger, nobody responded for my email asking if I can get it back. I checked price the same day I was there ..was 175 zl.. quite disappointing that I had to pay 3 times more when booked in advance. Not a bad place but if you can get itvery cheap.

A group of us stayed here for this years Snooker event. It is a cosy place. Very welcoming. Within walking distance of the shopping center, couple of bars and taxis. The room was very clean and tidy. We had a twin room. Well heated. Good shower along with kettle and TV. Only down side if any the Free Wi Fi is a little hit and miss but that is more due to the amount of people that can use it. Would stay again

This fully restored 19th century residence with very welcoming and helpful owners is a small paradise just off the main roads between Gdynia and Sopot, which one can, weather permitting, reach with long walks. In addition to the very spacious rooms, one can enjoy nice outdoors calm places to sit and even eat. It is also a very great value for money.

Amazing location in the heart of Gdynia, 10 mins walk to the sea front. Apartment spotlessly clean and pretty well equipped. Very modern luxury interior. Booking was easy - great communication with management via email.

We stayed as a couple for two nights in a room, not apartment (it's not very clear when you book, that there are rooms & apartments) Our room was ok, rather on the small side, but well appointed & finished to a high standard. Free Internet & parking, no English TV channels. Close to the beach & restaurants. Friendly, helpful owner / manager. It was hot in August when we stayed, had to have the window open (no aircon) so it was rather noisy as it is on a main road.
