Reviewed By rahamataliThe location is good but you do not live in this world. I have traveled a lot around the world and these days the internet is free in all hotels but this hotel does not provide internet for free. They do not provide water which is plentiful in Fiji, there is no microwave in the kitchen and most importantly there is no safe locker in the room so you have to carry all your valuables with you. I suggest avoid this hotel until they improve on above short comings.

Reviewed By ashs811i would say this property is old but it maintained so well. talking about rooms i was initially booked for one bedroom apartment but upon my check-in i was upgraded to penthouse which was 400 level. Man the view from my room i can see the sea from my room. inside the room i had my bedroom and then it had kitchen plus loft on top. wow it was so big room. all cutleries were new. as we checked in we filled out the form for our cutleries and i was amazed it was all new cutleries. all in all my experience in Tanoa apartment was wonderful and services provided by 2 housekeeping ladies and manager was kind and humble

Our properties are located in Martintar, close to Wailoaloa Beach, Denarau Island and Nadi International Airport. Hibiscus Apartments are ideal for a solo traveller, couple on a budget or families looking for a bit more luxury. We have 3 options - Hibiscus Apartments (budget to mid-range), Hibiscus Residences (mid-range) and Hibiscus Tabua Villa (luxury). Hibiscus Residences has a shared pool whilst Hibiscus Tabua Villa has its own private pool. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom(s), bedroom(s), laundry facilities, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, private balcony/outdoor area, free Wi-Fi and parking. All Hibiscus Apartments are located close to local shops and restaurants, secure and tucked away to allow an escape from the hustle and bustle of the Queens Road and Wailoaloa entertainment precincts.

Reviewed By shivandanasIn my opinion and from experiences it is simply worst place to stay in Nadi. The customer service is poor and the manager is so rude. He keeps checking the pool area and does not give privacy to guests. Also the pool is very small and there is no open environment. The condition of the apartment is not appealing at all as the sink and washing machine pipe was linking, the air conditioner was not working, issues with TV as well. Our kitchen was flooded after the leakage and half of the trip was spoiled in fixing the issues. Alot of restrictions and rules by the manager and I simply do not recommend this for locals. Please pay more and stay at a more relaxing place than staying in this one.

Overrated, dirty, ignored
Reviewed By Meander61918693567Checked in late. The room we were given was dirty and you could physically see that the room hadn’t been cleaned. They moved us to the new room. While this room was clean, the furniture , bathroom and other facilities were dated and old. You need a degree to operate the television . Room service doesn’t existed as the security guard was helping with clean towels etc. The resort seems to have been ignored.

beautiful apartment
Reviewed By Sulz4yousuch a beautiful apartment, the outside of the property is very dirty and old. But once you enter your apartment its modern, loved the satellite huge flat screen t.v. The apartments have all the appliances you need. the cane lounge is beautiful. only negative thing I have to say, the young Australian man that looks after the property as well as the Fijian lady, they both need to be professionally trained to do their job properly. We needed their help a few times. the Fijian lady was drunk on Saturday when we asked for your help with the t.v she couldn't put a sentence together ( such shame). She is more concerned with asking the guest next door to us, to drink at her house next the apartment. As for the young gentlemen maybe when guest need assistance he should attendant to as soon as possible. Rather then thinking drinking alcohol and forgetting about looking about the guest and the property. We needed his assistance early Saturday morning, only to be told he had a huge hangover and not to be disturbed. ( WOW REALLY) thank you to the lovely Indian lady that washed our clothes and cleaned the room. she was so helpful and a great asset to the apartment. she was the only one who took care of the guests. she should be commended for doing her job so well. such a shame these two cant act professionally. that was my only negative. If they cant handle themselves professionally maybe hire others to take the lead and know how to do their job professionally.
