Beautiful property with great amenities and beachfront location. We stayed in 1203 which is the premier property in the place. 3 bed and 3 bath place 2 sets of bunks in hall niche. Food and fun within a walk or short drive including outlet mall when you need time out of the sun.

We stayed in Aerial Dunes 2 room 607. Room was ok . Needs some painting and updating for sure! Great location, walk across to the beach. Whales tails is just over bridge. Restaurant at resort has good food but understaffed like every other place in Florida. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful one and two bedroom condos overlooking Destin's beach. Warm Gulf waters, soothing waves, and beautiful sand add up to a relaxing and fun vacation for the entire family. Each condo offers Gulf views, a screened-in balcony and a full kitchen. Located directly on the beach, Holiday Surf has great amenities like tennis courts, a heated pool, 24 hour personnel, laundry facilities, copy & fax services and more. Get a complimentary beach umbrella set up with 2 chairs March through October 30. Ask about our Seasonal Specials!
This was our first trip to HSRC and definitely won’t be our last! Honestly, everything was amazing. We stayed in unit 619. Everything was clean and updated. The condo was furnished with everything we could need. They even have a great fan for sleeping (if you’re one who needs one to sleep you understand.) As for the resort itself, everyone was super nice and helpful. The grounds were clean and the pool was warm and refreshing. It’s a very easy walk down to the beach and the beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) were so wonderful. We loved the location on Holiday Isle. It’s a quiet area, but just minutes from everything Destin has to offer. Honestly, there’s nothing we would have changed and can’t wait to book our next trip.

This all-time favorite family resort will dazzle you with its 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom deluxe units. Offering special property amenities such as an excellent gulf beach access, seasonally heated gulf-side swimming pool with over-sized sundeck, lighted tennis court and kayak rentals, you'll know why this 7-story gulf-front condominium is an extremely popular family getaway.
Was recommended but I would never use again. We paid 2500 for 4 nights to stay in a condo that smelled like dead fish. Sheets in the second bedroom had a pee stain in one bed. Hair in the other bed. My friend and I ended up sharing the master. Turned out the smell was from a broken garbage disposal. They fixed that on Saturday but took until Sunday to get the smell out. There was a leak under the kitchen sink too along with a running toilet in the second bathroom. Part of the building on the right was under construction. Fitness room code did not work. The smell of pot coming from the property constantly was disgusting. We were speaking with a family from Minnesota on the beach and they also thought their unit was dirty and not up to par.

Let me start by saying that the condo and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, that was all there is good to say about this property. First thing to go wrong was we rented through Booking.com. This company charged us $3600 for five nights. I did not realize until it was to late that I could have booked through Holiday Isle Properties and paid $2900 total. Booking.com claims to price match but WOULD NOT come down off the price and I even had proof. Such a joke so PLEASE DO NOT book through Booking.com unless you do your research first. We were so overcharged. It makes me sick. We picked this place because we have a boat and wanted to have it with us and also be close to the beach. I was traveling with my husband and two daughters, 17 and 23. We arrived around 11pm due to some unfortunate trailer problems along the way. A normally five hour drive turned into a nine hour nightmare. We were absolutely exhausted and I was car sick so my husband dropped me off at the condo before he went to launch the boat. Immediately after entering the gate we were greeted with the rudest man I have ever met. He told us that we were not supposed to have a boat and trailer on the property and told us that he was going to send us a fine. We had not even been there two minutes. It was a heart sinking moment to be treated so unkind. We were aware that we could not store our boat trailer on the property, but we did not realize that we could not even drive it on the property. Apparently, there was a sign at the front gate but we did not see it. We were more worried about getting the code to work. We messed up but his rudeness was uncalled for. The sign was there but we somehow overlooked it upon our arrival. He was so rude and made us feel so very unwelcome. It was definitely not a good first impression. We also had two cars and were told that the second car had to be parked in the over flow parking lot which was a very long walk away. It was actually in a shell lot across a canal from the property. There were plenty of available spots close to the condo. It made no sense to park so far away considering how much we were paying to stay there. It is summer time and way to hot to be walking over a block away to get to your car. Especially after you have just showered. It’s crazy how they can get away with this. Harbor Landing was beautiful but the people and inconveniences of staying there make it a very undesirable property for us. We love Destin and vacation there very often but We will NEVER stay at Harbor Landing again. Waterview Towers is a much better option if you have a boat. The people, the place, the location, the price, and the view are seriously SO much better.

Back to Destin after many years. Unit 1401 was underwhelming but only for three nights. Old and outdated, IMO. Kitchen understocked IMO. Had to request simple things like a spatula and baking tray. Two bedroom unit with only two chairs on a tiny balcony. Two tiny card table chairs were delivered. No personal umbrellas on the beach but smoking OK. 12oz can of beer at the bar for $6. Could not imagine paying high season prices. TRAFFIC!! I guess it's back to the Turquoise at Orange Beach. Returned home with an upper respiratory infection. Enjoy!!

A long favored location on the Emerald Coast, Jetty East remains the best loved vacation spot for families. Beautiful accommodations, a beach side pool, tennis courts and pavilion overlooking the blue green waters of the Gulf enhance vacations and draw our guests back time after time to Jetty East. Come make wonderful memories with your family on our gorgeous sugar white beach.
We stayed at Jetty East May 8th 2022, Have been staying there for 20 years. They used to advertise NO ADD On's. Now every thing has been added included damage insurance and no specials, no 7th night free and a Hugh 35% increase on the same 1 bedroom vs same time period as last year. Their curret board of directors voted to drop these specials. THEY HAVE BECOME NOTHING BUT GREEDY!!!!!!!

Nice place. We stayed in 1206, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. The condo was clean and stink free. Check in instructions were sent about 48 hrs before check in. All the codes were correct. The heated pool was nice, quite large with plenty of spectator seating. The property itself is getting close to needing a facelift but that does not detect from the experience. The beach access is just across the road. Nice place, we would stay there again.

This complex is older, but the unit we stayed in was remodeled and very nice. The best thing about Shoreline Towers is the location and how easy it is to get to the beach. Super convenient! The beach service was very nice, however, one afternoon we were rushed out of our chairs. We weren't sure what time the service was to end, but it was 5:51 PM, so it seemed a little early to us. There is a pool, but it is not as close as the beach is to the units (we were in tower 1), so we never even tried it out. The property management was excellent. We had a couple of issues (AC and bathtub drain), but both problems were corrected promptly. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.
