Reviewed By zephyrdnaVery nice stay at Sharz. Second stay here. Very accommodating, late night check in and late check out was no problem. Good air conditioning. Didn’t have time for a meal this time but previously diner at the Brazilian themed restaurant.

Reviewed By Valnyla_01Basic...Clean...Central location. Name of hotel written in Arabic so look out for MD... Need to speak basic Arabic. Budget friendly! Water and Snacks sold at lobby... Clean sheets...comfortable pillow... Allowed to see room before paying... Option of a room with kitchenette and Microwave oven.

Reviewed By BuNawafلقد سكنت بهذه الشقق من قبل لكن هذه المره كانت مختلفه كثيراً، اعتقد لقدم البنايه وعدم الاهتمام بنظافة الممرات والدرج هو السبب. I had been to this apartment before, but this time was a lot different! It could be because of the age of the building, or because of the lack and ignorance of service to clean up not only the rooms, but the whole building. + very good and helpful staff. +الاستقبل والخدمه ممتازه + room is clean, somehow, but there are some areas needs attention to take care of. +الغرف نظيفه لكن تحتاج لاهتمام اكثر + small but nice Cafe. +كافيه صغير لكن يؤدي الواجب + free wifi. +واي فاي مجاني + nice small kitchen and kitchen tools. +مطبخ صغير يحتوي على الادوات والثلاجه فيها بعض المواد الخفيفه + perfect location, on the highway. +الموقع ممتاز على طريق الملك فهد + lots of free parking. +مواقف سيارات كثيره - old furniture - الاثاث قديم ويحتاج بعضه للتغيير - smell bathroom - الحمام رائحته عفنه (غرفه ٣٠٧) - some noises from neighbors - ازعاج من الشقق الاخرى بجانبك وفوقك - tv is not working properly - التلفاز بالغرفه يحتاج لصيانه وبرمجه لان اغلب المحطات لاتعمل

Best choice in Buraydah
Reviewed By nikolaospanagiotidisGood location, quiet, parking. Corner room has windows so plenty of natural light. Very clean all around, helpful staff. Room is very large and spacious. Everything is more than enough even for a long term stay. You can find everything needed, food, petrol, pharmacy in a 300m radius. Excellent choice.
