Celebrating over 50 years of performances, Siamsa Tire is Home of the National Folk Theatre - Ireland's premier cultural experience. Visitors can enjoy a celebration of Irish Culture through the traditional arts - Irish Music, Song and Dance by Ireland's leading traditional performers. There are five different productions to choose from throughout the Festival of Folk which runs from May to September every year. The National Folk Theatre and its Training Academy were established to preserve and develop the Irish arts and share them with international audiences. Siamsa Tire is one of Ireland's busiest theatres and arts centre and is located in an iconic ring fort style building in Tralee town park on the Kerry coastline. The venue provides a varied and rich theatre and arts programme year-round and has a fully licenced theatre bar. The Siamsa Tire galleries host a National Folk Theatre Exhibition every summer and exhibitions by Irish artists throughout the rest of the year.

Celtic Steps The Show runs from the 7th April 2019 until mid-October in Killarney. Our Theatre is located at the Killarney Racecourse, just 2 minutes from Killarney town centre. In addition, we are opening a new show running from 5th May until the end of September 2019 at the beautiful Brandon Hotel Conference Centre, Tralee Co. Kerry. Celtic Steps is a Traditional Irish music, song & dance show featuring a cast of World & All-Ireland Champions. In a spectacular mix of Irish cultural the performers will leave you spell-bound.

Gaelic Roots is an award winning live Irish show like no other. It showcases all that is truly magical about Ireland, through Traditional Song, Music & Dance. The show features world champion Irish Dancers alongside Ireland's best vocalists,and musicians, who showcase 10 Irish Musical instruments in this breathtaking 2 hour Irish show. This is a show NOT to be missed when you visit Killarney. Gaelic Roots runs , April -October ,Sunday- Friday Inclusive at the Killarney Avenue Hotel, in the heart of Killarney Town. Doors 8 pm Show 8.30pm.

Kingdom Comedy Club brings live stand up comedy by some of the funniest "up and coming" Irish comedians on the national circuit to Killarney, Co. Kerry. Shows are held in The Shire Cafe every Tuesday and Thursday night. Doors open at 8.30pm and shows start at 9pm. Entry is €10.

One of Ireland’s oldest cinemas, the Regal Cinema in Youghal reopened its doors in summer 2018 following a year-long renovation. The refurbished cinema has 2 screens showing the latest Hollywood movies and old classics on state-of-the-art 4K digital technology.
