Yorkshire (/ˈjɔːrkʃər, -ʃɪər/; abbreviated Yorks), formally known as the County of York, is a historic county of Northern England and the largest in the United Kingdom. Due to its great size in comparison to other English counties, functions have been undertaken over time by its subdivisions, which have also been subject to periodic reform. Throughout these changes, Yorkshire has continued to be recognised as a geographical territory and cultural region. The name is familiar and well understood across the United Kingdom and is in common use in the media and the military, and also features in the titles of current areas of civil administration such as North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and East Riding of Yorkshire.

Priory has currently achieved 5 years of business with two shops open now, with the original store located on Manor St. and the newer shop located at Victoria Mill. With two shops at disposal, Priory have divided their contents as the Manor St. shop consists of streetwear, skatewear and novelty accessories, whereas the Mill contains premium menswear and accessories. Since the opening of the second shop in 2014, Priory has developed a refined ambience that is accentuated with the company of a barbers and a bar/coffee shop in the same vicinity of Victoria Mill - providing a well needed combination that hasn’t been seen before.
With Linda114 fed up of looking for coffee shop and on way back to car park when we spotted this place. Absolutely fabulous. Four adults 3 Briards (a little wet as well) and not a complaint from the staff. Welcomed in and very well looked after both the hoomans and the dogs. Fabulous place and we will return whenever in Brid. Really appreciated the welcome when most other places were shut. You must pay it a visit, a licensed bar as well as coffee and cakes, a hairdressers and a clothes shop. Deserves every great review it gets..

Victoria Leeds is the go-to shopping and leisure destination in Leeds city centre. Combining the 1990 Victoria Quarter and the 2016 Victoria Gate, it includes a John Lewis & Partners, Harvey Nichols, Super Casino & over 70 beautiful boutiques as well as rooftop restaurants.
Victoria Leeds has some gorgeous shops, not to mention my favourite bar in Leeds, Issho. The arcades are absolutely stunning and the staff are always lovely. With the Victoria Leeds app there are several in-store events I get invited to, competitions I can enter and much more.

Sheffield's contemporary art space, specialising in new media, moving image & performance. Pioneering emerging art practices & ideas, we work in partnership with local, regional & international collaborators to nurture artistic talent & support the development of contemporary art. At the heart of what we do, is to connect people to artists & to art, inspiring new thinking & debate through our exhibitions, talks, events & other public activity. We work with early career to established artists to commission new work, produce solo and group shows, deliver residencies, performances, events & community programme. Through diverse programming, we reveal the process of making art & invite our audiences & participants to engage, explore & connect. In 2018 Site Gallery re-opened after a building programme which trebled the scale of its public area. We now have a large scale gallery, a dedicated projects space, café and shop as well as a beautiful new façade & gallery
Not helpful to have a review still visible from 2012. This Gallery has been completely rebuilt and extended since then. I have visited a number of times. There is no permanent exhibition. The gallery runs a rolling programme of temporary exhibitions. You can expect the artwork to be very contemporary, new and challenging. I have seen things that I like and things that I don’t like. That’s normal. But it is always interesting to be challenged by an artist. Bonus - the cafe is really good. Very relaxing place for a nice lunch. If you don’t visit you will never know.

Bridlington Spa is a theatre, ballroom, art gallery and conference centre located on the south bay of Bridlington. What a lovely place. We were able to browse the arts and crafts from local artists then had an excellent coffee while enjoying a chat with the owner. Definitely worth a visit. Lots of lovely crafts which would make great gifts.

Opened in December 2016, our Leeds 200 Degrees Coffee Shop is located in the heart of the city, ideally located on Bond Street for both local office workers and shoppers. Upstairs is a dedicated barista school and meeting room for up to 16 people. Great for Breakfast, lunch or Cake, the Coffee is pretty good too.
We went for a 3 hour basic Barista Training class. It was so much fun, we learned quite a lot and were free to make our own lattes and cappuccinos as part of the course, learning about the griding and the extraction, and milk steaming. Very interesting and the leader of the course, Aimee, was fab - really enthusiastic and knowledgeable. All in all a marvellous experience.
