Occupying the historic headquarters of Brazil's largest bank, the CCBB features an ever-changing program of art exhibitions, photography, theater, documentaries and feature films, and other engaging cultural manifestations. The building itself is a Baroque jewel, situated in the old financial district of São Paulo, and avant-garde events, such as a recent blaxploitation film retrospective, keep the CCBB on every hip Paulistano's cultural agenda.
This place is nice for its arquitecture, exibitions, music, theatre and a whole range of cultural initiatives. Also, there is a nice and cozy coffee shop with specialty coffee and sweets. It is beautiful outside and inside and it is worth a visit.

Opened in 2016, it has two memory spaces that provide the guided tour: Memorial of the Dutch Immigration and Historical Museum of Castrolanda. The Dutch Immigration Memorial, or "De Immigrant" Windmill, was built in 2001 by the Dutch engineer Jan Heijdra, celebrating the 50th anniversary of Dutch immigration in Castro. The windmill is 37 meters high, from the ground to the tip of the spade, and is an original size replica of the "Woldzigt" mill, located in the province of Drenthe in the north of the Netherlands, the region of origin for most of the immigrants. The Historical Museum of Castrolanda was inaugurated in November of 2016 has an architecture that represents a "Boerderij" style of typical farm houses of the North region of the Netherlands, uniting residence and stable. The outer area of the Museum is also part of the historical construction of space. The garden, with its landscaping, followed the ideology of Dutch rural gardens, meeting the needs of the family and animals, with the construction of vegetable gardens, orchard and well, thus ensuring the subsistence of the house.
