Simple recipes taught through generations, using ingredients only available in season for everyday meals or for special regional festivities, specially paired with Decugnano dei Barbi wines, which have been produced in this area for over eight centuries. The perfect match for an authentic experience! WE ARE OPEN Saturday and Sunday
Our group of 3 couples really enjoyed this winery tour / cooking class combination. Maurizio was an excellent tour guide with jokes for days and a neat perspective on the Umbria region. The recipes turned out great and the chef helped cater to our dietary restrictions. It was a highlight of our trip.

Percorsi con Gusto was born in 2011 from the love for cuisine and excellent food, which has to be authentic, local, away from the mechanisms of mass distribution and close to those of the short chain. Percorsi con Gusto aims to keep alive the Umbrian and italian tradition of the past, marked by a slow scan of time and by the concept of proximity and "local". Much of the Italian tradition is built around the table and the "home-cooked". It is out of this concept that comes PcG. To keep alive one of Italian greatest treasures, the cuisine.
Our group of 11 had a hands on cooking lesson from Lorena, asssisted by her daughter, Leslie. Chef Lorena made it so fun for all of us. She is incredibly well organized, everything ready to go when we came in. She is very patient (especially making ravioli!). The food and whole experience made our stay in San Gemini truly unique. I highly recommend this experience for a small or large group.
