Polish Your Cooking is showing our foreign guests what Polish cuisine is all about. Our classes are a unique experience of cooking the most delicious and known Polish specialties. Polish Your Cooking is a culinary tour through our tastiest traditions, culture and history. In our classes you will get: 1) Polish delicacies buffet (finest traditionally made meats and cheeses), 2) A short lesson of the Polish cuisine's history and on our spices, 4) Cooking one of Polish dishes: pierogi, kluski, schabowy, zrazy, golabki, placki and gulasz, 5) Common dinner (cooked dishes, served along with additives and soft drinks), 6) Desert, 7) Certificates and recipes hand outs, 8) A gift for each participant. 9) Culinary facts, tips and tricks, great atmosphere and unforgettable fun :) We run our classes in English, Polish and Spanish. CookUp concept consists of three culinary studios where we hold workshops, shows and cookery presentations, private breakfasts, dinners and suppers with live cooking, photo sessions, as well as integration events. We believe that cooking together makes communication easier and encourages building good relations between people. For our individual clients we offer 12-20 cooking stands, depending on the type of workshop, its complexity and level of difficulty, providing everything necessary to participate in the course - from experienced chefs, cooking appliances, ingredients, to aprons, tea, coffee, and... exceptional cooking atmosphere :) While hosting an event, in our spacious studios we provide cooking space for up to 50 participants (depending on the studio and character of an event), as well as comfortable space for degustation and relaxation.

Gingerbread Bakery Master Bogumil organize unique Medieval Gingerbread Feasts. Our Guests celebrate together with taste of excellent gingerbread cookies, special gingerbread tee and coffee, delicious honey mead, along with candlelight and music of the Middle Ages. After every Feast, our Honourable Guests, like medieval artisans prepare decorative, ornamental, souvenir gingerbreads. All participants of our workshops are working with the matured raw gingerbread dough, root spices and wheat flour. Our Guests roll out dough and work with hand- carved wooden gingerbread molds. During each workshop, Guests learn about the colorful history of the most famous, spice cookie from Toruń, listen to legends and stories of gingerbread, and also learn the secrets of oldest gingerbread recipes.
