My family and I enjoyed the tour with Muhammad. He was really informative and understanding in terms of giving us information about Egyptian history. He also helped us shopping too. Mr.Tonsi was a great guide. He made sure we had the most pleasant experience. He is very helpful and did everything to make our experience great. so we had a few opportunities in Egypt to meet other guides, but Mahmoud was by far the best when we return to egypt we will be sure to book everything with him ... please know that he can arrange many things for you ... do not hesitate to ask him, he extremely knowledgeable and a traveler himself ... he totally gets it he is so thoughtful and sincere and when we come back to cairo after traveling we were so happy to see his face to greet us yet again at the airport ... he is our friend now and we hope he comes to the states to visit added perk : takes awesome photos and gets you very reasonable competitive prices ... he is the guy ... so impressed and grateful for aligning with him and having him as a part of our memories

At the end of April we were on holiday in Sharm el Sheikh. Our group wanted to visit the city and, by luck, we booked a city tour with the Sharm Smile Tour. We liked it very much. We were all delighted with this experience. There were wonderful few hours, which passed very quickly. We really appreciated the fact that our guide speaks English very well and gave us a lot of interesting information. We enjoyed the tour, we have beautiful memories and the joy that we had a good guide and all the organization of the tour was carefully done.

The best part about this amazing tour was our guide - Sam! He made all the difference. What I loved is that he didn’t just give facts - he gave us the story of it and made it very interesting and brought this ancient history to life. Also he did it with a smile and humor. He went above and beyond for us and this was during Ramadan where he was fasting and it literally was 105 in Cairo. I plan on going back to Cairo and my first request will be if Sam is available.

Excellent!! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day excursion in Cairo. Nour was a great guide. She was very educated on all of the sites we visited and made sure we saw everything there was possible to see at each location. They were also very accommodating to our need to sleep in an hour more or go to any extra places that we wanted to see. Throughout the trips we made stops at several little stores (this is a part of their companies guidelines), where they try to sell you overpriced items. No problem at all, you can go in and politely decline as many times as needed. We had lunch both days at very nice restaurants, the food was delicious, (you will only need to pay for your drinks... very cheap). The driver was also great, they both made us feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout the excursion. Would definitely recommend this package for anyone who wants to explore the most important and historical areas in Cairo.

I booked a private tour to the pyramids to avoid all the hassle, and it was definitely worth it. The tour was prepaid by credit card and I found the price affordable. All my emails were promptly answered, too. I was picked up right on time by a driver and my guide, Nesma, and as traffic was light, the journey from central Cairo to the pyramids took some 20 minutes only. Nesma gave quick briefs at our stops and I had ample time to look around and take photos. She answered all the questions I had and did her best to accommodate my wishes. Her English was excellent. After the pyramids and the sphinx, we made a quick extra stop at a papyrus shop/factory, where they explained the making and history of papyrus. There was no pressure to buy anything, it was a genuine educational stop and an interesting one at that. I can warmly recommend Emotours. I found them reliable, punctual and knowledgeable.

We have booked the trip to Luxor with Ramashka and the service was amazing. Mr.Ahmed picked us up from the hotel at the exact time that he mentioned and gave us extra breakfast and a great fresh. When we arrived at the bus we were given front seats in order to have better view. The service was absolutely fantastic we had plenty of time to take photos, videos and even buy souvenirs.
