Great little stop. We just parked and walked around the castle and then took the trails on both sides of the castle to see the windmills. The fog setting on the windmills were kind of magical.

We really enjoyed visiting this castle, still very intact and well worth a look. A pamphlet giving us more info would have been helpful as there were limited plaques on the walls in both Spanish and English but with very little information. Would have been interested in more details into the ruins they found for the bell forging and the castles history.
