The tour takes about an hour. Water & other cold beverages are available at a charge for visitors
Lukshmi Vilas Palace, the largest private residence in India, is grand, awe-inspiring, and beautiful. The architecture is a fantastic exposition of Indo-Saracenic architecture; the grounds and carved-out sections like the golf course immaculate; and the collection of art and artefacts exquisite, even by royal standards. A special call out to the collection of Raja Ravi Varma's works, which is the largest at any single place. And another one to the armoury, which has a the best collection of swords I have seen. The museum has audio guides, which makes the experience of visiting the palace much richer. Essential visit while in Baroda. Keep 2-3 hours aside for it.

This fort located on the bank of Tapi river,is one of the best heritage monuments in surat. It was built in 16 th century. After non use of decades, remain in very poor condition, now SMC has taken for restoration. In November when we visited it was almost 45%completed,remaining work will be completed in one and half year so. As you enter, you will see video room showing history of Fort in a/c room. Then you go through parts of Fort. In these rooms you see history in details in picture frames, old surat personalities history and detailing with restored fort photos. Using colourful glass window, wooden ceiling and almost everywhere A/C ,you feel nice and good to look in history with comfort. In the fort you forget that you are moving in the part of surat city . In center nice dome with colourful design which is very mesmerising and mind blowing. Water canel passage of old times is also good and presentation is superb with light effect in flooring. One thing is very embarrassing that you find pigeon sit in rooms and in court room particularly which is dark spot in this superb work. We will visit again after full fort work completed. One must visit to see glory of surat.

The prag mehal is the tallest structure in Bhuj and visible from all parts of the city. The papace was used for film Lagan shooting amd phots of the same are kept in the locations. Adjoining Aina mehal, both places can be covered together. Roughly 1 hr to complete the inner parts. Arcitecture is really good. The clock tower is accessible via a narrow staircase and the view from top is amazing.
