As you would expect, lovely campsite with magnificent high alpine scenery and friendly management. Always space for tents, even in the height of summer. Only basic facilities but nothing more is needed as nearly everyone is here to hike. Remember it is cold once the sun goes down, typically between 5 and 9c in the latter stages of a clear night in July/August.

The campsite is located in the nature and in the shadow of the sun in the summer. The camp spots are close to the edge of the river Maggia in a natural environment.Number of wells nearby sparkling water easily accessible are waiting for refreshments. In the camp there are several facilities, including an excellent restaurant with a terrace and a small but well-stocked shop for your small shop. Every morning we have fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. Locarno and Ascona are just 7 Km from the campsite and there is a bus service every 30 minutes. The campsite is open from 1 March until 31 October. A total of 40 hectares were distributed to 80 fixed spots and 280 spots for travelers passing through. Those who wish to use your own computer can receive a password at the reception. The service is free.We do have a brand new playground for our children, a ping pong table, a mini pool and many activities during the summer will be able to give you moments of fun to your kids and a relaxing moment for you as parents. A few kilometers away you will find many other facilities to do sports such as climbing, swimming, rowing, tennis, etc. Our receptionist will be happy to guide you and offer leisure activities during your stay.
Such a wonderful camp site! I wish I could keep this place a secret because I wouldn't want it to get overly popular and loose its charm . This is not a "party" campsite, so its great for couples and families .. Showers and toilets were always clean and sanitary . Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant serves good food at value for money , and the little shop stocks basic essentials. This is a great place from which to explore the area. We hope to be back again next summer.

The campsite is located in the nature and close to the edge of the river Melezza in a natural environment. A few kilometers away you will find many other facilities to do sports such as climbing, swimming, rowing, tennis, etc...
The camping is little but really cosy. Also very clean. We did not use the outdoor swimming pool and restaurant but it looked good too. The area is really quiet and good for relaxing. We have enjoyed it the stay so much and will come back again.

Camping Lugano Lake is situated in an area of particular beauty: a true nature park on the shores of Lake Lugano, surrounded by Alpine mountains and lush vegetation. Comfort and contact with nature are distinctive features of this green oasis which hosts 270 pitches. A lovely private beach is at your disposal to get the full benefit from the lakeside atmosphere. A lakeside cycle path, a soccer pitch and volleyball court are available for sports lovers, not to mention the activities that the region has to offer; excursions, paragliding, trekking, biking and water sports, to name but a few. A playground on-site caters to the needs of our younger adventurers. Our kiosk is stocked with typical local products, provides refreshments and is our meeting point for aperitifs and after dinner drinks. The structure, which is open from April 1st to October 31st, is the perfect location for those who want to spend a holiday of full relax in the nature with their family!
A Pinsa veggie..?No, we close in 10 days and have still just Meetpinsa... By the way, it was the 18.10., another 13 days. We asked for Rucola (whats on the MeetPinsa) and then she meant, ok. We really feelt us welcome there. Not two Olives avaiable for example, by the anyway small menucard. No controlle, how guest parc. The van from ouer neigbours were in a 3cm distance to ouers Sadly, were a nice place

What an amazing campsite, we stayed with our one year old son and loved every minute. Breathtaking views to wake up to with your morning coffee. Fresh alpine air to fill the lungs, what more can you want!

I stayed here for 2 nights recently and can only say I was very happy. Plenty of space to choose from for a tent and motorcycle. The river flows along right at the back of the site and there is nice walks up and down the river bank. On site facilities were fine. Toilets and showers were clean and up to standard. When you book in to TCS you receive a free public transport ticket so even though the centre of Bern is located 5/6 kilometres away, this is no problem as two buses (with quite frequent service ) pass by 50 yards from the front entrance to the site. Even though there was many couples with children on the site,it was never too loud.Would highly recommend.

Terrific welcome by the campsite staff ((son-in-law Welsh so easy to communicate with) and went to a lot of trouble to help us make the most of our stay. The best campsite facilities I've ever seen. They'd thought of everything for summer or winter campers. It's going to be even better when they've finished the improvements. Excellent wifi too.
